“I came to 420 lifestyles to look for a CBD vape and I found one but unfortunately the one that I purchased had some sort of factory defect. When I went back later in the afternoon to get a refund, the employee who was working at the time, Frank, was extremely helpful and apologetic about the issue that I had. We first looked for a replacement but it turns out a few others vapes that we tested also had that same defect. Again, Frank was extremely apologetic about this and extremely helpful with getting me my refund. I will definitely be coming here in the future due to the awesome customer service from Frank.
