It was fantastic, Ellie was extremely helpful. She walked me through the mechanics of my new phone and the best deals I had available, especially since I was coming in with an old phone. I’ll be coming back to see her if I need anything else for sure.

Khayree Wells from the Verizon Campbell store is AWESOME! (As is his colleague, Celli.)Over many years, I have had to interact with multiple Verizon locations and representatives. None of the past representatives I have worked with even come close to Khayree's competency, efficiency, professionalism, and super friendly disposition. It is an absolute delight to work with Khayree. He can multi-task like I've never seen before, genuinely acknowledging and working through each customer's needs in the most efficient and complete manner possible -- - all the while with an infectious smile on his face! Although I have other Verizon locations closer to my home, I now only deal with the Campbell store, and go in when I know Khayree is working. It is my sincere wish that Khayree be recognized by Verizon Corporate for his excellent customer service. During my last interaction, I also met Khayree's colleague, Celli. It was obvious that she, too, is very competent and committed to excellent customer service.

Walked in not greeted, sat for 45 mins, only 1 rep working and very slow. Was thinking about transferring from my current plan to Verizon but can already tell their customer support is no good. 3rd time experience like this ?

The staff was absolutely amazing! I transfered from an Android to an I phone and had so many questions. Ellie worked with me along with a gentleman (I forgot his name). They helped me so much answering my questions, and gave me options of promotions, helping me decide what option was best. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Making a reservation here clearly means NOTHING because I arrived at 7:45 PM for my appointment at 8 PM, and didn't get helped until 8:30 PM. I also told the person who booked my appointment that I clearly did not want the activation of my phone to take longer than an hour. I didn't end up leaving the store until 9:45 PM. From beginning to end, that's TWO HOURS in-store. There's also ZERO entertainment in this store... No music, no TV... So while I waited for my new phone, I was basically staring at the wall for that entire time. Anyways... I came here to upgrade my phone and there was only one person here to help, Khayree. He was very friendly and kind. He spoke very fast, but clearly was doing his best to help out. I felt bad for him that he had no other coworkers to assist him. Many people were walking in to upgrade their phones and he had to multi-task between us. In the end, I was able to get my iPhone upgraded to the 15 Pro. I just wish that it didn't have to take two hours. The receipt also didn't clearly indicate the promotions that were offered. I had to look on the MyVerizon app the morning after to see that my phone was given a discount. The physical receipt was not clear of that.

Sally is the rudest employee and needs an attitude check. She could not give a straight answer, kept talking over us even after I asked her to let us finish asking our questions before she interrupted to "answer" them, gave us false information about payment plans, then when we questioned the payment plans, she told us we could go somewhere else, and told us to leave. We went to another location that had no problem assisting us, we were in and out in 15 minutes. Go to Santana Row. Do not come here.

Service was slow, i wasted prob over 1hr sitting there doing nothing over 3 visits. There were multiple employees working like two but seams like one person doesn't do anything and hides in the back leaving the other person focused on the customers. I never got my new iPhone after multiple attempts. Just irked on the slow service. It was so slow that I just went over to AT&T and opened my business account there within 15min.

My name is Jesus Soto and I moved my service provider from Sprint to Verizon thinking my service would be better but it has been worse. First, they transferred my business phone number line to a new tablet I had purchased. I called the Verizon customer service and got that fixed. When I signed the contract, I was supposed to get a bill for $110 per month; got a bill for $292. I called and express my concern regarding the bill and supposedly it got fixed. Later, I received the incorrect bill again. I called again and supposedly it got fixed again. I called again and this time the customer representative disclosed that my new bill from now on would be $101 and that it would take a few days to fix the billing. I received an email confirmation that my amount due was 0.00 until billing was updated. As of now, my bill has not been updated and I can't call out. I am a business owner and need my phone active. This is beyond bad service.

I came to the store Kyrie was the sales rep that helped me out a very wonderful knowledgeable and awesome person he helped me switch my business account from T-Mobile to Verizon he actually knew what he was he was doing was very knowledgeable and everything I needed done and got everything done efficient he definitely deserves a raise maybe a promotion so if you come here that's definitely the person you want to get a hold of

Khayree was an awesome rep. He helped us understand the new costs to upgrade our phones and add a new line and was very knowledgeable as an Authorized Verizon Retailer. He was very quick and clearly an expert! Highly recommend working with Khayree if you stop by this location.
