Terrible service. Extremely long wait.
We went there for a flu shot last year. It was a very long wait and service was very poor.
Gave it another shot today, bad choice. It took over an hour of wait for a single antibiotic for a baby.
Stay away from this pharmacy. Find someplace else.

I've been calling pharmacy to see if my medication is ready for past 4 days and I'm kept on hold for a long time or get rerouted to the phone just ringing and ringing nobody answers it. Then I called back and finally got Rachel to answer and she tells me my medication isn't there. I had to call the specialty
pharmacy that sent my medication there to call them and find out. Then all of a sudden this pharmacy calls me to tell me my medication is ready for pick up. Don't go to this pharmacy unless it's your last resort!

The worst staff I have ever seen! For a prescription I had to go 3 times, long wait because every time they forgot my prescription. Asked them to get the transferred prescription from CVS, they said will do and after 24hour you can pick up. After 48 hours I went there asking them for it, they said CVS did not respond, called CVS they said nobody contacted… very irresponsive staff

Terrible staff. I watched Ibrahim reconstitute my kid's medication with gloves that he used to scratch his face. He stabbed the foil cover and peeled back about half of it, throwing the foil scraps onto the floor. Then he filled the bottle with some water, scratched his face again, then didn't fully seal the bottle so that when I got home, so a good amount spilled onto the bag. A lovely display of sterile technique. Good thing the antibiotics will kill whatever germs he put in there.

Very disorganized, poor customer service, I even call my insurance to clarify if there is a coverage issue, they called them several times and confirmed they are coding the prescription wrong so it gets delayed.I never experience an ongoing issues with the prescription refills how munch I experienced here, at this Campbell location. I'm going to move to a different pharmacy (AVOID THIS LOCATION)

I've been with them for the past 20 years. But, for the past year and a half, They've become the laziest, disorganized, and rude pharmacist. Even though I am on auto refill, I've to call and remind them to refill it. If my doctor send them a new prescription, I still have to call and remind them to fill it...otherwise they'll just sit on it. It's time for me to find another pharmacy.

Completely incompetent. I tried to refill a prescription for test strips and lancets so I can monitor my gestational diabetes. The website said it would be ready in 2 days. It wasn't. I drove there to pick it up and they said they haven't gotten them yet, but I received ZERO notifications about it. I checked again today and it said there was a problem fulfilling the prescription and to call the pharmacy. The tech who answered the phone said, "nope, no issue! It should be ready tomorrow." They blamed a computer issue. I also had a scanner ordered over a week ago for my CGM that hasn't come in yet either. I was told everything would be ready tomorrow and that I'd get a text message about it. We'll see if that happens. It's a good thing I've managed GDM before with my last pregnancy, so I know what I need to do to get my blood sugar under control, but Walgreens just added to my stress because I haven't been able to test this week at all and the CGM I have is useless without the reader my doctor ordered. I've never had this much trouble getting a prescription refilled before. 0/10

Pharmacist refused to give medication. First they stated that the Dr didn’t confirm and then that the main pharmacist had to also approve. Took 2 weeks to receive the medication, with over 3 calls to our dr. We had to move to cvs to get the prescription

Walgreens twice canceled our kids' COVID vaccine appointments right before their appointment. They have promised to call back to reschedule, but never do. Apparently, they have taken so many walk-in's that they do not have an enough vaccine for those who made appointments. Once can be excused. Twice is a pattern.
