Worst Walgreens Pharmacy I've been to. Staff were super slow in doing the paperwork, computers and printers super slow in processing and printing. I had a 5 pm vaccine appointment which was booked 2 weeks ago online. Arrived 4:50 pm. Waited in the queue (a short queue but took forever). Finished check-in 5:50 pm. Got my shot 6:40 pm. Even with an appointment, I need to spend 1.5 hours here to get my shots. If this store doesn't have bandwidth to do vaccinations, please block your calendar and don't allow booking! You are wasting everyone's time.

I hope I wrote about the right store. The store is located at Union Ave and Curtner Ave.It's important that the store watches their milk expiration dates. And it's really wasteful unfortunately.

One of the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Most commonly used medications are missing and low inventory on others. Most medicine shelves are empty. Same case with the pharmacy. Prescriptions are often delayed for common medicines. Come here if you want to get snacks or gum. The nearby Target has a better inventory.

Notice that any rating above one star is over two years old. All current ratings are *one single star* and with good reason. The pharmacy is understaffed and incompetent. They don't answer their phone, and are incapable of filling a simple prescription without constant monitoring and calling, likely more than once, usually waiting on hold for a half an hour or so.

Worst customer service. I was on hold for 15 minutes. Someone picked up. I introduced myself, the person hung up. Don't go to Walgreeens at that location. Worth less than a star.

Always short staffed. Always will not have something I need (antibiotics specifically). Every time I try to fill prescription there I have to go to another location. I am done with even trying - will just set CVS as my farmacy

I try to be patient. I know pharmacy staff are in a shortage. So when I submit my prescription and it takes extra long ok. But oh my God, how hard is it to hand.out pills to people. Look it up in the computer, ask my address, hand me the pills. You have 3 people back there. If you just had one person doing this full time there should never be a line. But instead I sit in line for 10 minutes and eventually just leave without my medication.Maybe you can't do it all anymore. If so cancel the vaccinations, cancel the blood pressure test, cancel all the special services. Just give people their pills.

PHARMACY - The pharmacy was suppose to have all of my prescriptions from Lucky once their pharmacy closed. But, when it came time to refill them they had no idea what to do and denied that they even had some of them. Not knowing what prescription they had because they were so clueless I requested my refill with all of the doctors involved and moved them all them to another pharmacy that hopefully will do better. A long process, though. My last visit they said they only had one for me and just stood there. With a glare in her eyes she did not ask to look up my name or anything. After that, I walked away and left the store for the last time.

Unfortunately, I had to come back to update my previous review regarding the pharmacy here. For some reason, in recent times, the pharmacy service has degraded greatly. The wait time is long, and so is the phone call wait time. In addition, they closed the drive-thru pickup. I see many customers waiting and complaining; there is also an apparent shortage of staff shown by the sign on the door, stating they need to close early due to the staff shortage. I think the pharmacy management needs to get this back in order as the service level now is unacceptable. I am not sure if this will greatly drive customers away from this location, further making this business worse. I recommend management takes a good look at improving the wait time and staff availability of the pharmacy right away.

The pharmacy is completely understaffed and the pharmacy staff is very rude and because they are overwhelmed they don't go the extra mile to help. I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs

This pharmacy has the worse customer service. They usually only have one person helping customers. It takes forever to pick up prescriptions. Even the drive thru takes forever. I have been in line for 22 mins and the drive thru line hasn't moved at all. The wait is also long for them to answer the phone. Avoid this Walgreens if possible unless you have nothing to do all day.

This is solely on their pharmacy. It is so BAD! Their customer service is horrible. I went to go pick up my prescription and the lady couldn't give me any information and she was rude. They are extremely slow. I had to wait 45 mins on hold just to speak to someone.

Chronically understaffed. Expect to wait with dozens of other grumpy people. Actual employees are fine, there just aren't enough of them.

I was taking my son to this store cuz just recently he chose this pharmacy to get his medicine. We were waiting there for over half an hour since he went to the pharmacy to ask for his constipation medicine refill. Just one bottle and nothing complicated. After 20 mins I sent him again to the pharmacy to ask what happened for my medicine! They said it's not ready yet. It was passing half an hour and I felt frustrated that it's not ready yet while nobody is waiting there. No patients waiting there. I went to the pharmacy to ask for the medicine also to say why it took super long. When I start to complain that how come it took over half an hour?!! The Indian woman responded immediately back in a very rude voice tone "" next time if you don't want to wait call us ahead of time, it's normal to take over half an hour to refill""!!!!! Ok, what does that mean?! No respect for the patient "" a teenager and his mother""!!! At least was enough for us to hear ""SORRY FOR WAITING SO LONG, WE ARE VERY BUSY HERE """!!! I was mad that there is no respect for patient and customer there. I left the pharmacy and ask one of store employees that I need to talk to the pharmacy manager to make a complaint. After talking to him, We found out the woman ""Jolie"" who was talking to us was pharmacy's manager. I was shocked. Oh, God! How can I request for more respect or better customer service when a manager acted in this way. I just told him that I feel so sorry for this pharmacy to have her as a manager. For the last 16 years I'm going to Rite aid pharmacy in Winchester boulevard and I never had such a horrible experience. They are super friendly and talk to people very respectfully. There is no way we can digest that reaction from a manager. It was an awful experience! In addition, after reading rest of reviews I find out mostly people are complaining about this pharmacy. No wonder patients are not satisfied there!

For the 2nd time we have tried to get things printed in this store-1st time no one let me know that their printer is broken-I had to go into the store the next day & ask where my pictures were. This time we tried to print out papers needed for a school assignment. Ordered yesterday afternoon, last night my husband went to the store & they said they weren't ready that we would receive an email when the order is ready. Here we are 20 hours later, I call, sit on hold....finally told that their printer isn't working right now!!! Why would they not tell my husband this last night?! Now we are scrambling to find somewhere else to get them printed fast. I am so angry right now. Is it that hard to send an email letting people know they aren't going to receive their order?! I yelled at the poor lady & it wasn't her fault & I am sure it is not the first time someone has been as upset as me over this. This is very unprofessional.
