They bait and switch you with sale tires on their website that are unavailable at the store. All the available tires were $200+ more per set.
When I tried to call them, I was put on hold, then hung up on. In general the employees that I delt with were pretty condescending and unhelpful.
They told me that my car needed an alignment. They failed to mention that only 1 of the 22 measurements were out of normal range.
We have been going here for a while, but will probably not go back after the latest experience.

Very pleased with the level of thoroughness and quality workmanship. It wasn't cheap, but I feel the job was done well. Kudos to the entire team. There's a reason its the only place I have taken my car for the last 10 years.

One of the best Wheel Works branches I have been to. Jasper the store manager was cordial and welcoming took care of my tire issue quickly at no charge. Highly recommend this branch in Campbell.

Came in first thing in the morning due to TPMS showing low pressure. They were very friendly and patched my tire within an hour!

I went today to have my front flat tire, passenger side to be fixed because it had a screw on it i got an appointment at 8 am, this is solely a review regarding the sales and service specialist Gilbert who assisted me, not with the repair. I asked Gilbert to double check if what program did i enroll less than three years ago because i know last November 2022, i signed up for something, i just do not have a receipt on it and i can not remember. He said it’s just a one year wheel alignment that i signed up for. He asked me if i want to sign up for a lifetime wheel alignment since i have not done it for four years. I said i have to check with my husband first. Called my husband, asked him if we signed up for the lifetime wheel alignement, he said we might but we do not have the receipt. I called customer representative, Nolan is his name and i chatted online with another named Beth. Both Nolan and Beth confirmed to me that, i enrolled in the lifetime wheel alignement and gave me the invoice number. Paul, another specialist from the shop called at 10:30 am, and said my car is ready for pick up, i told him that i called a representative and what the issue is. Paul checked and he can see the same invoice number, I told him Gilbert said this morning that i did not sign up but turned out, i did. Paul replied, he does not know what happened but asked me if i want to do the alignment. He said it will be another two hours for it. Paul called again at 11:30 am and said the car is ready. This is just a review for the customers to be aware what services they paid for and keep the invoice to avoid paying extra for the service you already paid for. When i picked up the car, Paul greeted me while Gilbert is with another call. When i was going to head for the door, Gilbert told Paul,
Did you tell her about the carpet that has been loosened in the trunk which i already knew from before. Iasked him, what do i need to do? Gilbert replied that’s a service we do not do here. I said ok. Again, this is a review regarding Gilbert’s mistake of telling me that i did not signed up and the atitude that he showed me.

The Campbell Wheel Works has always, always, always (yes... 3 always) been a reliable place to take my car. I'd recommend them to anyone. I'm taking my car there tomorrow for is scheduled maintenance.
