I took my Mercedes to Winchester Transmission for service, and I’m honestly amazed at the results. From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly and super professional. I would give 10 STARS if i could. I am glad I came to these guys, much respect and very professional. I came in with my yukon and the transmission on its last leg, spoke with Mike as he was able to rebuild my transmission and had it done in 3 days with a very good price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing automotive work.

I’m bringing my car in today for the emergency brake on my 2018 bmw x6. I took it to another shop to get the brakes done which I regret doing. I wish I had came here to begin with because they ended up causing problems with my car but since I moved far away, it was convenient. However, I decided to come back to Winchester transmission because I have been coming here for about six years now and Mike has taken care of me every single time. I drove an hour and a half to get my car fixed here because this shop is reputable and they are honest. He has the best prices compared to other businesses!!

I've been shopping around for a new transmission for my Chevy, and came by Winchester Transmission for a quote. I was greeted by Mike who was professional, patient and friendly. I had a good feeling I was at the right place. He quoted the best price compared to other shops in the area. I was pleased to leave my truck with him. After a week, I received my truck and it runs amazing. Very happy with service and would recommend this shop 100%.

I came out of town and I bought in my Hummer in to Winchester Transmission.I got the best price compared to other shops I checked out in the Bay Area.Costumer service is great. I brought my Jeep in for service because it needed a new battery and clutch/flywheel! It was such a smooth experience and the person named Mike got me in and out in no time! I was super pleased and impressed with this experience because most of the shops that I’ve dealt with the been a pain! This place is far superior than my local dealership!

I came in as a woman to this shop worried because every shop has tried to take advantage of me! My 2012 Nissan Sentra has a CVT transmission and it has started to show early signs of it failing. Mike the owner who had helped me was very honest and straight forward with what was going wrong and even broke it all down for me. He tried doing a few things that postponed the issue because I was adamant on not fixing it right away because I wasn't able to financially put that much on my car, so he decided to take care of me and just gave me proper explanations of what to expect. I even shopped around for getting a replacement CVT transmission quote from everyone in the Bay Area and including Sacramento and this shop was the best! I definitely would recommend this shop over any other place since most of them tried to give me the run around and wouldn't care to break it down for me. I'm now going to continue to bring all my business here because of this great experience and honesty the owner has put forward! This shop is honestly the best place for value and quality of work!

I went there to get my transmission inspected because, it wasn’t changing gears, he said it was the transmission and I needed a new one. But my transmission was working fine when I changed it in manual. On the left side of the car I had spare tires because someone slashed them. anyways I took my car back home and as soon as I changed my tires back to it’s originals rims, my car was working fine again. They are scammers and just want to get money out of you. I didn’t need a new transmission. Do not go to this place.

Had a bad situation with my Dads 47 Cadillac. Lost a drive axle in the rear end. Just finding someone who will work on a 1947 vehicle is a chore in itself. They found the issue and were patient in giving me time to find the parts. Can't go to Auto Zone looking for parts a 1947 vehicle . Luckily I found someone through my Dad's Cadillac Club that had the parts from a different 47 Caddie. Once they received the parts the Caddy was fixed and rolling in 2 days. Running solid no issues with anything. They also bleed the brakes and put in new brake fluid. Nothing bad to say about this shop. Had a solid customer experience.
