7-Eleven is a convenience store that has changed its hours since COVID-19, with not all locations open 24 hours anymore. The staff, especially one named Manoj, are friendly and provide good customer service. However, there are some concerns with the night shift, as the store often does not give back change under 5 cents unless asked, and there have been frequent overcharges—sometimes adding extra items not purchased. A particular issue involved being charged for 16 items when only 14 were bought, which is a problem especially for those on a tight budget. The store has also changed its phone number, making it difficult to contact. Some customers feel that others overreact and expect special treatment, and there is skepticism about COVID-19 precautions. Overall, the store's staff are friendly, but there are ongoing issues with overcharging and communication.
So ever since covid-19 I've noticed that not all 7-Elevens are open 24 hours anymore and neither do they say 24 hours outside their business!

All the staff here are nice especially Manoj! He is so friendly and very helpful. You know you'll get the best customer service when he's around. Thank you brother!
