“If you own a Tascam , Otari, Teac, or Fostex this spot is a treasure. My 388 has been serviced and various things fixed twice. Both times it was done in a few days and sounded better than before with problems I didn't even know I had found and fixed. Adrian knows these machines completely and charges very fair prices.”

“Really depends on who is working counter and day or night on how nice the counter guys are to you. This 711 is a little more expensive than others too it seems. The food deals are good but cigaretts and other deals seem to be little more and I say a little. All in all it's like any 711, usually has the token bum in front and stuff is expensive compared to stores but it's quick in and out open 24 hours . Not unlike any 711 is. This one is located in the start of the good neighborhoods so it gets a mix of customer types and this one is frequented by police. Minimal parking here in the little strip mall. But it works out you can usually find a spot ?”

“From the moment I walked in, Nick immediately put me at ease about what I thought was a cracked screen and made sure I was taken care of.
He introduced me to Sang, who was outstanding, engaging, personable, and genuinely interested in connecting. As he replaced my screen protector, we had a great conversation that naturally led into golf. He then introduced me to Kendall, which added another layer to the experience.
Kendall was just as engaging and welcoming. The entire interaction felt seamless and intentional (I even gave Apple News another shot because of this experience). It reminded me why I’ve invested in Apple, not just for the products, but for the brand and the people behind it.
After seeing some of the overall ratings for this location, it made me reflect on how quick people are to complain when something goes wrong, yet how often they stay silent when they receive great service. I didn’t want to be silent, service like this deserves to be recognized.

“Have been multiple times to the Santa Monica and El Segundo location, so tried the Topanga location this time. Ambience is nice. Mango Cocktail, Roasted Salmon and Calamari Fritti were very good while the Strozzapreti was overcooked and chewy. The server did offer to redo it. The service could be better as there was no response on multiple attempts. Tiramisu Dessert was on the house for our anniversary celebration which was a nice touch.”
