“I stopped by this Gap store after visiting the Gap kids store which is connected to this store inside. I didn't realize they were the same store until I walked out of the Gap Kids store and right next to it is the regular Gap store. The store isn't that big because it's sharing the adults and kids clothing. So when you walk in, the men's jeans are on the right and the women jeans are on the left. The prices are higher here than other places but if it's your style and you like it then that's what matters. The staff are friendly and helpful if you have any questions. A lady worker asked if I needed any help but I just told her I was browsing.”
“I had a really great shopping experience here. I came in for a specific item that was out of stock but ended up getting something else. The staff was helpful and attentive. I often shop the Cabazon and Palm Desert location but love that this is close to home with Camarillo no longer open. I've never had a bad shopping experience at any of these stores and I'm not super rich or overly dressed when I come in to purchase or browse. The sales associates at all locations have given above satisfactory service and ive alwaysleft happier than I went in. Thanks Gucci.”

“I spent my birthday money online at AE. Some things didn't quite fit and others didn't fit at all so I ran to the AE store in this mall and was immediately greeted by Emma. She was friendly and so very helpful!! She was kind to my young children. And she helped me return and exchange and purchase new things online all in the same transaction. “This is the closest Uniqlo to where I live and it’s so big! It has a variety of items and good sales sometimes. I love their jogger cargo pants as they’re super comfy and thick. Good quality items are found here!”

“Came here so my partner could get some clothes. They had some pretty good deals and the shits he got were nice and light not too heavy at all and had a great vintage look to them. He also got some shorts that were on sale. The come to find out store manager was helping us check out. She was so nice and was really friendly very inviting. I never been here before, but I can definitely see myself coming here when it's my time to get some items. Great atmosphere”

“Rachel greeted me when walking into the store, and i have never gotten levi jeans before so she helped me find the right cut, and brought me multiple sizes to try. I found a couple that I loved and even helped me get them tailored with nice back patches. She was so so sweet and helpful. The tailor that day was also very sweet and answered all my questions!!”

“My first time at this store and I loved it! The clothing and accessories are gorgeous! Unfortunately, we encountered a disturbing experience with a robbery at the mall. This review is for the staff at this store location. The way they handled the situation and made sure we were all safe was so amazing! Emily took charge the during the entire time and made sure we were all okay! While everyone in the mall was screaming and running out, she put herself in harms way and locked the doors and directed all of us to the back for our safely. Emily, Natalie and the entire staff of Madewell...thank you so much for keeping us safe! I will definitely stop by Madewell, not only to shop for the great clothes, but to visit these girls!”
“I went to this place to exchange my shoes which i got it a week ago and wear it for an hour to check how comfortable is and got some scratches under the shoes, i was worrying if they will take it back from me.I talked to Frieda Zatz who is the manager of this location and explain what happened and she helped me with that and took the shoes back and let me exchange the shoes. they act so nice even when i bought the first shoes.”
“I stopped by this Abercrombie Kids inside Westfield Topanga Mall today while my wife was at a store across looking at purses and jewelry. We are expecting a baby girl so I wanted to see what kind of cute clothing they had. They had some decent ones and I came right when the store open so there was no other guest there. A worker approach me and asked if I needed any help but I told her I was just browsing.”
“My wife wanted to stop by here while we were shopping at Topanga Mall. It looked like they remodeled this place because it looked different than before. When we walked in, a worker came to greet us and she was very helpful to my wife. She took her measurements and told her which bra would be perfect for her. She also told her about the sales and how she personally felt about some brands that they carried. She recommended her some stuff and told her to wait for the sales before purchasing to save some money.”

“I stopped by this Zumiez store location to look at skateboard. They had some nice board design here and the lady working the counter there was very helpful in answering my questions. I also looked at some tshirts design they had in the store since they looked nice. They had some deals going on but nothing grabbed my interest to purchase them. They also have some watches and sunglass in the store as well. Another worker greeted me when I walked inside the store and asked if I needed any assistance. I told him I was just browsing so he let me shop in peace.”

“I stopped by this Tillys store this morning inside Westfield Topanga Mall to just browse around while my wife shop at a store nearby. When I walked inside, I went straight to look at their hats selections. I then started walking to their sunglasses since I saw the Oakley sign but didn't see any of Oakley sunglasses in their display. I check out a couple of their tshirts and they had some nice one like Wolverine. They carry backpacks here as well but it's all behind the counter so you'll have to ask someone for help. They have the kids or boys clothing toward the back of the store and also the fitting room as well.”
“I haven’t shopped in store for the fact that retail service just isn’t the same kids are rude and don’t wanna work !! I was looking for a basic outfit for a get together and was helped by I believe Jen she had a few arm tattoos she had great taste and I hope to see her again haha when I need last minute shopping I went in around 3-4 pm 8/7 . Big thanks to her for making it a great experience .”
