There is a genuine air of sincerity when she speaks and no sense of impatience or malevolence. She treats the customer with the smallest of purchases as kindly as she would one who made the cash register sing! When I telephone she comes to the phone and is calm and kind and professional and so personal that you almost think she must remember you! Though I can no longer make it to the store, please go yourself and buy lots of her unique and quality gifts and wearables as this is good energy we want more of in this world! “I came here to pick up an online purchase I made for a gift. I mentioned to the employee how I was shocked that their website said they were out of stock on the item, but within an hour of ordering it for online pickup, it was ready at the location. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and mentioned that the store stock online is very unreliable and to always call the store first. Even though it was clearly not her fault (or the store's for that matter) she was very apologetic for the mistake. It was a wonderful customer service experience. If I need to get another item for my wife, I'll be sure to to come here because of that. And, if by any chance they ever start selling men's exercise clothes I'll absolutely shop here for myself.”

“M.fredric has always been the best clothing store around. I started going when they opened in Studio City, bought my favorite outfits there, for myself and my children. Moved to Calabasas, and then to Westlake Village. Their excellent taste and quality selections make shopping fun without getting overwhelmed. I'm on a budget but found out it's worth it to pay a bit more for things I love! Their children's/baby section also cannot be beat! I cannot leave empty handed! My daughters shop there, and so do my grandchildren now. It's a family tradition at this point!”

“Can’t say enough good things about the Milk Room. The owners Greg and Rob put their heart and soul into this place and it shows. They have an amazing collection of clothes and super reasonable prices.It can sometimes be intimidating to walk into a vintage shop, but these guys made everyone who walked in comfortable. Greg and Rob are just so personable and down to earth. When Rob heard I loved animal tees, he went in the back and brought out this crazy dolphin tee for me. Most vintage shops would charge well over $30 for it and he threw it in for $10.They also have a recording studio in the back and let tons of young bands use their space to perform. The vibes here are just amazing and I’m so happy I stopped by.Best shop in LA, hands down!”
