I hate to negatively rate an entire store or company that I really like but in this case it’s the only way to get Macy’s to realize who they have representing them and their name. please see my review for Mahnaz from the fragrance department at the Macy’s Topanga store. Very disappointing!

The people for curbside pick up do not like to answer phones. A lady answered and just hung up after I said hello. Called back 7 times just for them to keep answering and hang up.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping for beauty products at the Dior counter. Lydia helped me find the perfect gifts for my friends & went above and beyond to make sure I found the best products to fit their individual needs! You can tell she is passionate about what she does and genuinely loves helping people. I will only be buying Dior products from Lydia from now on!

I don’t usually write reviews but I had a terrible experience at this store. I purchased a pair of jeans on Saturday and took them home. I realized after trying them on that they were a little too big so I planned on exchanging them for a smaller size. Today, Monday, I went in with receipt in hand and they would not exchange them because I didn’t have the tag. Really?? The tag? I’ve never had an issue with any other retailer. Needless to say there goes $50 down the drain.
