In addition to shoes and clothing, Macy's has a wide variety of housewares, gifts, and furniture in select stores. Customers have had positive experiences at Macy's, with the staff going above and beyond to assist them. The Shiseido counter at Macy's offers complimentary facials, and the staff, such as Lobna, are praised for their excellent service. The "Curb Side Pickup" service is also efficient, and customers have been able to get great sale prices on their requested items. Additionally, the staff in the fragrance and shoe departments, like Jamileh, Farideh, and Natalia, have been exceptional in helping customers find the perfect products and providing exceptional customer service.
Rafi in the suit department was great. Excellent service and helped my 2 boys get great suits. He was very patient and helpful all the way through. Excellent service from him and just a nice man.
