“A little strange, I didn't see FedEx on the outside of the Walgreens and wasn't sure so I went inside to see. There is a photo processing and FedEx counter in the front corner. It was Sunday so it took a minute for someone to show up, then they had to call someone else to get the magic scanner. I would have liked a written or printed receipt but they said I'd get one via text. I got the text but it said no information was available. Tracking was available later but stated the three boxes weighed 1 lb but they were monitors weighing a lot more. A bit strange, I hope it all goes ok. Time will tell. I guess I should have waited until Monday for a real FedEx office not a kiosk in a store.”
“I always tell people to remember there are two separate companies being judged here, there’s FedEx Express, and FedEx Ground. Please be fair in reviewing FedEx Express. I know the name thing is confusing, but a pick up and drop off spot. My opinion, don’t ship anything really important or that you care about with FedEx Ground, NOTHING! I worked at this station in Canoga Park in 1991, I didn’t stay long, about 14 months, all totaled I worked at FedEx for 38 years, and I can say that most people working there work hard. There’s no other way to work there, it’s a very physical, very fast paced job.
