“OK, this guy/ worker named Anthony totally helped me figure out how to put a box together for this really awkward shaped frame that I got as my only inheritance from my uncle and he was so chill and easy to work with and helped me out thank you so much. Couldn’t recommend this worker enough. I was panicked and he helped me get my package sent and was super kind. Thank you again.”
“I highly recommend them. The owner Marinka is lovely. She is always there, positive and kind. Very professional environment. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcomed. She always gives us free drinks and snacks for our kids. We are always greeted with kindness and our packages most importantly are taken care of and get there on time. She’s always there when we need her, she helps you out personally.”
“This is the USPS location I use most of the time because it’s the closest to my house. The staff are always super friendly and ready to explain anything I need help with. They have a small parking lot that can get busy at times you might have to wait a minute or two or circle back for a spot. Inside, there are only two or three service counters, but the staff work efficiently and keep the line moving, so wait times are rarely an issue. I’ve had to send packages internationally before, and any time I had questions about the forms or process, they helped me every step of the way with a smile on their faces. It’s a completely different experience compared to the Reseda location, where everyone always looks miserable. I 100% recommend this USPS location to anyone in the Winnetka area who needs to send mail.”
