“Everything was excellent on Saturday morning. Went there for oil change and bought the oil and filter previously . I haven’t had plan to go there however someone recommended me because I had to do it on Saturday and my mechanic was closed. Great customer service. Fairly quick and really low charge for that job. I highly recommend them and appreciate their word”

“Fast and Friendly and honest service with fair prices. They installed tires on rims that I purchased myself and balanced them for me, all in under half an hour. Support your locally owned tire shop and go here instead of big box retailers. I’m telling all my friends and family to go here and I will come back here again in the future. Thanks guys”

“I’ve been coming here since 2011 and they’ve always are on point on service and pricing. I normally call in advance since they stay busy. But I personally come here for tires oil change and any maintenance needed. They run a diagnosis when asked and tell me what’s going on but since coming so long here I already know I’m getting taken care of vs other places.”

“The Simi Valley location is great! My new go-to shop for tires, brakes, etc. I went in this morning at 9a and spoke with Eddie about some work another tire shop had told me needed to be done almost immediately. They claimed it was a cracked bushing and, if left unrepaired I was running the risk of killing my car. It was causing a strong vibration/shimmy upon braking. He had Vic look at it and the discovery was actually; the brake rotors were warped and needed to be machined. Within 2 hours I had my car back and enjoyed a smooth, shimmy-free drive home. All at a great price. He also gave me a fantastic quote on 4 new tires which I'm hoping to get next month (ah, the joys of living on Social Security). The customer service, prices, helpfulness, friendliness, honesty and understanding are unmatched. I'll definitely be referring GAT to everyone I know.”

“I've bought both tires and rims from the guys when I lived in LA. I buy replacement tires from the guys too every few years, Now in Northern California, I recently I lost a wheel cap on a rim I bought from AFS. I ordered a replacement off their website. Simple enough...Two days later, the part showed up...It wasn't the right part. Called the next day. Hit the jackpot. Got Julio on the phone-which I thought was great because this was the same guy I ordered the rims and wheels from a few years back-I met Julio one time when I went to pick up a set of replacement tires from there when I worked in North Hollywood. (It was about a 50 minute trip there and back, for the curious...) Anyway, Julio explained my rim sounded like an older rim when I explained how the part was fitting, and he was concerned they may not be able to find a part to fit it exactly like the others...He said while he would do his best, he could make no promises. He said it would help him if I could mail him a wheel cap to make sure it was a match, Julio said he would do his best to find something. I started to think this was going to be a real nightmare. But ultimately I was able to remove another wheel cap without too much trouble and mailed it to him. A week later a package showed up from AFS. Another part (they'd found the older part). Along with two extra caps! :-) Spoke with Julio the next day to thank him. Awesome service. No hassle. I was needlessly worried. These guys rock. I look forward to buying from them again when I need new tires.”
