We want to thank the owner, Manuk (Mike), and his entire team for the exceptional service they provided on 04/24/26. We originally went in for a tire change, and Mike explained that our tire pressure sensors also needed to be replaced. We received a great deal on both the tires and sensors, and we were so impressed that we ended up getting oil changes for both of our cars as well.
My husband is disabled, and as a woman going to a mechanic for the first time, I was worried about whether I would receive honest service since I don't know much about cars. Mike treated me like family; he was incredibly honest, respectful, and caring. Knowing our hardship, he even offered us an extra discount.I had heard many good things about this shop from my colleagues at Nordstrom (just a few blocks away), and now I am completely confident taking my business to them. If I could give them 10 stars, I would do so without hesitation !

“I was helping my 'sister' find a used tire. We stopped at several local shops, but wound up returning to this shop- these guys were the best. Top notch service, very friendly and professional staff, and a well organized shop. They were busy servicing several customers, yet we were in and out within minutes. “The Simi Valley location is great! My new go-to shop for tires, brakes, etc.
I went in this morning at 9a and spoke with Eddie about some work another tire shop had told me needed to be done almost immediately. They claimed it was a cracked bushing and, if left unrepaired I was running the risk of killing my car. It was causing a strong vibration/shimmy upon braking. He had Vic look at it and the discovery was actually; the brake rotors were warped and needed to be machined.
Within 2 hours I had my car back and enjoyed a smooth, shimmy-free drive home. All at a great price.
He also gave me a fantastic quote on 4 new tires which I'm hoping to get next month (ah, the joys of living on Social Security).
