“Had a lil incident were I broke my front windshield, broke the rear windshield wiper arm of my explorer and the rear passenger seat latch wasn’t working. I’ve been going to Moises auto shop for years. So I called him and told him my situation and he sourced the parts for me and helped me replace them. Super fast and best customer service I’ve ever gotten from a car shop. They do a great job with fixing the cars but I think what makes them special is the customer service Marcos and the team provide.”

“I wanted to get my car’s brake pads replaced and do a wheel alignment, I went there, one of the best shops you can trust them to work on your truck, they are very transparent about their service, they checked and told me that I still have some brake pads left on the car and no need to replace them for now, I appreciate their honesty, before taking my car here, I got new tires about 3 weeks ago and the tire shop did the alignment but my steering was a bit off, I explained the situation, two young guys working there did the alignment, and man they know their job! Now the car rides smooth and steering is centered. Highly recommended! Reasonable prices, and most importantly, the trust you can have while getting a service done at their job. Thank you guys.”

“Marcos is so kind! I had gotten hit on Wednesday and while there wasn't a lot of visible damage, I wasn't sure if there could be internal damage. I moved down to SoCal and my dad used to own an auto body and he's always handled these situations for me so I wasn't sure what to do, so I called and left a voicemail asking if there was a way for them to assess the damage. Marcos called me back the next morning to explain that I could bring it in for an assessment but if I wanted to check for any internal damage, then it would require labor costs since they'd have to take my car apart which may not be worth it if the hit was just from someone parallel parking. He said I could still bring it in and they'd take a look for any exterior damage though! I had to call my insurance to see what I should do before making an appointment to bring my car in, but I was so appreciative of Marcos taking the time to explain the details to me.”
“I’ll leave an update as the service goes, but Ace has been very helpful, hasn’t been pushy with unnecessary services, kept me updated over the weekend on my car, and they took my car in same day I called about an issue I couldn’t figure out and had to get towed. So far, I think I found my go to mechanic and who I’ll be recommending all my friends, and family to!”

“I just picked up my car after nearly 3 weeks of it being in the shop. I was rear-ended a month ago. Harry, the owner, was great in helping me and Bruce was my point of contact when it came to updates on my car. I highly recommend going to them for auto body service. They are reliable and trust-worthy and friendly and helpful. This was my second time taking my car to them in 2 months (we gotta stop meeting like this. 😉
The first time, my car was clipped by a driver in a parking lot who cut too close while parking and hit my rear bumper. My car was in the shop for just over a week. I needed a rental and the nearest place was roughly 2.5 miles from
Bumper to Bumper-super convenient. Bruce was kind enough to drive me to/from the first time. This more recent situation, Harry instructed me to just leave the rental at their shop and he’d arrange for the rental company to pick up. Super helpful and very convenient.
The work done to my vehicle looks beautiful. I’m very happy and even more so that I have my car back.

“I've been meaning to write this comment for a long time. This has been the best Mechanic Shop I have ever been to. The mechanic Carlo and his young assistant have surprised me every day I go. They are friendly, honest with their work, and very fair in price. They do a great job of making sure the job is done correctly, and they are open to questions when you ask them. By far the best customer service I have received; I would not change this shop for anything. I would definitely be going back! I hope this shop continues the quality they have in the long future. While it is a small shop compared to others, this is definitely the best mechanical shop of the valley!. “10/10 Excellent service and customer service. I was hit by a car at an intersection and my car couldn't move any further; We called a tow truck and took it to the parking lot. When I contacted this service, the owner of the service told me that I didn't have to worry and that they would come and take my car themselves. I was not involved in the repair from start to finish; the owner of the service periodically called me and informed me about the condition of my car. He took care of everything from transportation to renting a replacement car for me. The car was repaired quickly and I am very happy with it. The car is like new, there are no defects or inconveniences from using the car. Before handing over the car to me, it was sent to a specialized electronics service for a final check of all faults, and they also did an excellent cleaning of the car interior. The car has an excellent paint job and the owner showed me all the replaced parts of my car. The biggest plus of this service is the attitude towards customers, thank you for your attention and good repair, I recommend everyone who encounters this to contact this service, they are professionals in their field. Thanks again for the work done. 5 stars!”
