“My skid plate and entire plastic protection pieces decided they no longer wanted to be on my vehicle and were dragging under my car. Stopped in for a quote. Before they even took a look at it they asked me if I wanted it removed which I did. They took the car in the back and had it less that 15 minutes. Brought it out and told me they will email me the quote in the morning. I asked if I owed them anything and they said no. So that was awesome. Got my quote the next day or was way cheaper than I thought it was going to be. Parts came in quick and they knocked the job out in hours.
