I came in with a tire that was slowly losing air. I was hoping it was a nail in the treads so they can patch it. Unfortunately, it was a cracked wheel. They could have easily just charged me for the wheel and tire which would have definitely been over $1000. Instead, they suggested I call BMW to ask if I have wheel and tire protection. I did and BMW replaced it for free. They won a customer for life. I’ll always bring my car here no matter what.”
“Mark has always been the greatest person to me and my entire family. He’s done nothing but show me love towards me my vehicle and every other one that I have brought to him his son especially James. He was a big help when I was down and out and low on cash, he was very polite and very respectful. Love this place would recommend for anybody with the mini Cooper or Bmw. “Paul is the nicest car guy I have ever met. I took my minivan to him because my AC was not working for 3 weeks. He fixed it in like 20 minutes. I have been trying to get it fixed at these other places and the mechanics just looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked to get it fixed. Paul treated me with respect. I will be telling everyone about his honesty and compassion fir his job. I'm in love with this place. Hope he gets lots and lots of business. Super good guy!”

Only because I poured the dumb blue devil in my coolant..
The block was surfaced, new timing chain and guides, new radiator,2 new thermostats,new coolant fluid and all new gaskets..

“If I could, I will give him 10 stars. My car's air conditioner did not work and I was told that I will need a new compressor. I took my car to Mike and he noticed a small amount of green liquid on the floor under the engine. On further checking, he found out that it was the water pump with the thermostat that was leaking and there was also a leak from the Freon inlet valves. He put in a new water pump and fixed the valves. Air conditioner works great and there is no fluid leak from the water pump. Water pump was half the price of the air conditioner both for the parts and labor. He saved me a lot of money. What an honest guy. I recommend him to all my friends.”
“Look if anyone is in need to get their car fixed look no further. I was recommended to A.B. Carnations to fix my car from an accident that someone had Rear ended me in. I spoke to the owner Greg and he was so helpful. I was so nervous from the accident, he help make everything so easy for me. I had to get a to hertz and had no way to get there, so he was nice enough to have one of his employees to take me and kids. Greg would call me with update and that was amazing. After getting my car back Greg explained everything in details what was done to my car. When I seen my cat it was like nothing had ever happened. To top it off they washed vacuumed and waxed the inside of my car. Thank you Greg I appreciate it.”
“My skid plate and entire plastic protection pieces decided they no longer wanted to be on my vehicle and were dragging under my car. Stopped in for a quote. Before they even took a look at it they asked me if I wanted it removed which I did. They took the car in the back and had it less that 15 minutes. Brought it out and told me they will email me the quote in the morning. I asked if I owed them anything and they said no. So that was awesome. Got my quote the next day or was way cheaper than I thought it was going to be. Parts came in quick and they knocked the job out in hours. This is the second time I've used them and will be going back next time I have an issue. I highly recommend this shop.”
“I ran over something in the middle of road and broke the control arm and did some damage to other parts of that wheel area of my car. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere after most businesses were already closed. They were literally about to close but agreed to come out and take my car back to the shop and made sure I had a ride home. I had a friend coming to get me from about 20 miles away and they waited the entire time to make sure I was ok. Quoted me a completely reasonable price and did excellent work. I'm definitely using them in the future and the mechanic Oscar is legit, knowledgeable guy.”
“Gives me a great deal on an oil change even though other places charge an arm and a leg. Alberto will help you out as much as he can. It is a small business after all. He even checked my brakes at no extra cost when he changed my oil. Most places would usually charge just to do the same and try to up sell you a service you don’t need. Place could use a little tidying but that’s not a big deal since he takes good care of my ride.”
“I've been coming here for almost a year and man i always leave happy. Yeah, you can double check their work just to make sure you are getting what you paid for. Although you cant beat the time and quality of the service. But today, I been here for 2hrs getting a brake change front and back plus an oil change and on top of that, they have been taking clients nonstop. I honestly counted 15+ cars before I dosed off and still taking them in. All cars stayed because they kept the line moving and im sure if this place had real bad reviews most of them would of reversed out! Come get your oil change or work done that you might not know you need! Thank you Team valvoline!”
“I’m over the moon finally find a mechanic shop that knows the job and tells you exactly what your car needs and not trying to just sell you service and parts. Their price is fair and they treated me with respect. I went there for my Toyota Prius last month and also for my Lexus yesterday again. Great job and service”
“I was really happy with Joe rebuilding the steering parts and alignment on my F350. Joe was very likable and honest. I was so impressed that I brought my wife's car in for alignment a few days later.
Joe does a lot more than just alignments. He will work on most things to do with your automobile.
I have found my new go to shop for my auto repairs.”

I had an online coupon that was worth $15. They told me that they couldn’t accept it because they were having problems with that particular scan and that corporate knew about the issue.
They did give me a $10 coupon but I still feel that I’m owed $5”

“I had a great experience working with Tapa Jaguar Land Rover Engines. From the beginning, Keith was absolutely second to none. He was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and made what could have been a stressful process much easier to navigate for my 2010 LR4.
They helped coordinate everything from getting my new motor built and shipped to working with a local company to have it professionally installed. The communication and coordination throughout the entire process were excellent, and so far, everything has been running exactly as it should.
The motor is backed by a 12,000-mile warranty, which gives me additional peace of mind. While I’m hopeful everything continues performing as well as it has so far, I appreciate having that support behind the product and will gladly update this review in the future as I put more miles on it.
