They clearly explained why my car was deemed a total loss and assured me they would vouch for me with the insurance company — which they absolutely did. I barely had to lift a finger. They even reviewed the settlement offer to make sure I wasn’t being low-balled, and because of their support, I received a very fair payout.
Through the process I interacted with Kent, Ivan, Albert, and Christina - who were all incredibly kind. They made a stressful situation much easier and gave me complete peace of mind.

“I wanted to give a shoutout to a wonderful small, family-owned business in town in case anyone ever needs tires — Fast Lane Tires.
They are genuinely some of the sweetest, most honest people and truly treat their customers like family. They don’t oversell you or try to convince you that you need something you don’t.
The first time I went there a few years ago, I was convinced I needed a new tire. Instead of taking advantage of that, they told me the tire was perfectly fine to repair, plugged it for ~$30, and sent me on my way. Since then, they’ve always taken the extra time to help me find cost-effective options, both new and used to keep me within my budget.
Additionally, I wanted to acknowledge Luke, the technician who helped me today. He provided that same level of exceptional service I’ve come to appreciate from Fast Lane Tires. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of. It’s clear that the foundation of honesty and genuine care Juan has built within the business carries through to the people they have working with them.
When times are hard and every penny counts, having a business take the extra time to look out for their customers means so much more than just “good customer service.” That kind of honesty, kindness, and willingness to help can positively impact someone’s life more than they realize.

They were able to connect with me promptly, diagnose the issue, and come meet me to solve the problem - all while being transparent about their prices, time, and process. “My previous experience in Dec of 2024 was stellar. This time not so much. I waited for nearly an hour without any communication other than that initiated by me. I had to leave for an appointment and so I left without talking to the technician. They did the exact same windshield replacement in my previous service and did a fabulous job. Thiw time the job was not fully completed when I picked up my car. The manager promptly responded and took care of me and finished the job. I'll give them 4 stars...2.5 to the technician for not being able to do what their last technician did and 5 stars to the manager for being so prompt and courteous.”
