“It was very comfortable working with Eric, Brittany, and Veronica at A&M Automotive. Eric was the service writer. He explained the repair process and the estimated costs. I was visiting from out of state to assist a relative with a family emergency. I also looked on line to find an automotive repair shop to also fix their car. After reading many reviews I settled on A&M. They scored a 4.9. I'm so glad chose them.
They got me in the next day and performed excellent work on the vehicle. The prices charged were fair and the work was excellent. I'm so glad I went with A&M. For me, fair prices and excellent work makes A&M the go to place in Lake Elsinore. DeGolden Williams”
“We had an awesome experience with RV Ready in Lake Elsinore. John was our salesperson and was fantastic from start to finish. He took great care of me, my wife, and our girls and never made us feel pressured at any point. He even took the time to make us a personalized video walkthrough of the trailer we were interested in before we came in, which was a really nice touch.
We actually left and visited a few other dealerships before ultimately coming back to RV Ready, and I think that says a lot about the experience we had with John and the dealership. They really are a no-hassle dealer. Everything was straightforward, comfortable, and the entire transaction couldn’t have gone any smoother.
We ended up purchasing a new R-Pod 203 and couldn’t be happier with it. I’d absolutely recommend RV Ready, and especially John, to anyone looking for an RV. Great experience all around!”

“Came in to see why my AC wasn't working in an older Camry. Danny and the team found the cabin air filter to be in bad shape. He replaced it for just the cost of the part itself in addition to the basic service charge. The AC works great now and I didn't have to break the bank! Thanks guys! “My previous experience in Dec of 2024 was stellar. This time not so much. I waited for nearly an hour without any communication other than that initiated by me. I had to leave for an appointment and so I left without talking to the technician. They did the exact same windshield replacement in my previous service and did a fabulous job. Thiw time the job was not fully completed when I picked up my car. The manager promptly responded and took care of me and finished the job. I'll give them 4 stars...2.5 to the technician for not being able to do what their last technician did and 5 stars to the manager for being so prompt and courteous.”

“Went in thinking I needed brake/rotor work. Turns out they were fine (with proof and explanation), and the shop told me straight up instead of upselling. They did find my tires were badly worn, showed me photos and in person, and gave me a great price on replacements. They also told me when to come back for brakes based on their actual wear. Honest, transparent, and accurate every step of the way. Highly recommend”
“Went there to get an estimate for a full exhaust on my 1970 el camino and I told them what I wanted and he told me 950.00 and it would take 3 days. I said yes. Well the only thing they couldn't do was the time(5 days) no biggie for me. So I am very happy with the welds, design and the sound! Thank you Best Muffler!”

“This is my second time coming to this location and both times they are professional and communicative. I got an oil change and a tire change since it was flat and unable to be patched. I went around 1pm and the car was ready at 4:30pm. They were busy that day but nonetheless were able to get me my car back same day. Their turnover time was great. Liz who helped me was extremely nice. I'd recommend this Big Brand Tire location to everyone.”
“I’ve taken my vehicle there before for a rear bumper fender bender and they did an amazing job and clean work. Now my Ram Truck rear bumper got hit. Again walking to TSM Collision shop is clean, well kept and customer service is excellent, kind, friendly and very helpful. It was an easy process going through them and my insurance. They are very knowledgeable and experienced and they have a great eye for detail they also fix a small dent I had for years not very noticeable but got fixed, like it was never there. Rear bumper damage got replaced and fixed other damage. When I picked up my truck it was clean, it look like a brand new truck again.

“I have been very happy with the work Pro Tech Auto in Lake Elsinore has done on my car. They have always been truthful, real and sincere, and the work is top quality.
I live in the Bay Area and had an issue with my car while in Riverside. I called Pro Tech for the first time and asked if I could bring the car in that day. Pro Tech responded very well from the minute I got there. They explained to me the issue with the car and what options I had. Mark even showed me under the hood what was wrong and walked me through it, answering all of my questions.
They gave me an excellent and very fair price. Mark drove to several dealerships in the area himself for parts on the day they were closed just so my car would be ready when I needed to leave to go back to the Bay Area. I felt safe and confident driving back up north with the quality work that was done.
I drove back down from the Bay Area again about 8 months later to have them work on another repair that was needed. I compared prices and services with other shops, and theirs was the best. I had my brakes done and price was a little high but i did not have to spend half my day at dealership. It was roughly an hour with oil change.”
