“Have been a long-standing renter at this facility for my RV. They’ve always been professional and polite and I’ve never had any issues. Easy access and helpful anytime I had questions.”
“This company was very courteous and did the very best to get everything done in a timely manner. I had to move the container into about the right place and my skidster loader worked perfectly to move the container. Concrete blocks will be put under each corner and leveled. WELL DONE!
I used magnetic disks with hooked bolts to place (suspend) four 4ft LED light fixtures to the roof inside for light. And then ran an electric cord from my barn to give enough light to work inside the container. That worked out because I did not need to drill holes in the roof for hangers. With help, I was able to put the contents of a 3 room apartment into this container with some room to spare.”

“It is HARD to find good customer service these days--Chanel had the answers to all my questions, and has got to be the Customer Service QUEEN! When I mentioned that I might need a climate controlled facility, she even shared the information I needed for the closest one that has climate control! It made such a huge difference to get competent, efficient and pleasant customer service assistance when I was dreading the move. “If there’s an angel in the storage and transportation business, I’ve met her. Her name is Ms. Freda. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get to the facility only to become lost at the end of my journey. I had 7 minutes left to get to the office before closing. I frantically called a cool, calm and collected Ms. Freda who gave me directions and told me, “Don’t worry, take your time.” I soon arrived and was met by a warm and reassuring smile. It was pure relief from a stressful day, especially in Southern California traffic. Ms. Freda, who stayed past closing time, processed my paperwork and got me squared away. As she was leaving, she noticed that I was struggling with the gate code. She could have easily drove off. But she didn’t. Ms. Freda stopped her car and asked if I was ok. She then left after ensuring that all was well. This type of professionalism and compassion is lost in this society. But if you want to experience that professionalism and the carisma of Ms. Freda, come on down to Extra Storage and let Ms. Freda get you squared away. Thank you Ms. Freda.”

I've worked with many people at Storage Etc. but Tony has been the most helpful. When I couldn't find the key to my storage unit Tony managed to get me in and replace my lock. “Unexpectedly needed a storage unit in a pinch and didn't have time to fool around. Was able to get into a unit within hours, before the very nice employee even had time to call and welcome me. Then suddenly I needed a second unit and had even less time to fool around. The process was so quick and easy. So glad Extra Space was there when I needed them. Much, much better than my experience with another storage chain (initials PS), even though I had reserved that one well in advance. I am paying more at Extra Space because I didn't catch a sale, but it's worth it.”

“Chris with Big Easy Storage was so helpful in finding the space I needed on short notice. When I came to the facility, I was very impressed with the clean and well-maintained sites. The site has tall walls with security wire, cameras and on-site personnel (Don) that was friendly and helpful for my needs. The parking is easy to get into and out. Very clean, I would definitely use the facility again if needed, sold my RV only reason for the move out. You will not be disappointed for the storage of your priceless RV.

“Sharon was so helpful and friendly. I had been trying to get there after work before they closed for sometime and I stopped by late one day right at closing. Even though she was getting ready to leave, she stayed and helped get me set up with the reservation. On move-in day she was there and got the paperwork set up very quickly and showed us to the unit. The unit was very nice, clean and easy to get to. I couldn’t ask for an easier move-in.”
