“Always top quality on clothing and boots. I purchased Baby clothing for my granddaughter who is turning one. Now let’s discuss customer service not one Salesman helped or asked if there was anything I needed. As I went to the cash register, there were three associates talking one stepped away and the other two continued so I had to ask if I could pay, the one in front of the register look like it bothered her to help me and when she asked if anyone helped me, I said no. This could’ve been a five star review but customer service was definitely a fail”

“I just went here to buy my boys clothes for graduation and an end of the year gala. After searching endlessly for the right pants, I found an employee named Kristen who swept right in and helped me tremendously. I can’t thank her enough. At check-out, I met another amazing woman. This time she was a manager named Rosalva. She wanted me to get the savings by offering the Kohl’s credit card, but she didn’t push me too hard. She just really wanted me to take advantage of the savings. We joked around a lot, and she made the whole buying experience fun and exciting. Bye-bye Macy’s and Nordstrom Rack. I’m sticking with Kohl’s! Someone give these amazing women raises!!!”

I just got lucky this last week, at the Lake Elsinore Factory Outlets. Thank you, Lake Elsinore! PS a copy from your main office at Crest Motel in riverside. A really nice clean environment. I liked this hotel lot so I left a copy of your mag. But I got a non smoking room and did not need the remote . There's a fridge and I just really liked this stay. I'm sorry for having to be me. “My DIL bought a broom/dust pan combo @ a different Ross. It was broken, but the original store wouldn't take it back W/O a receipt. This Ross was on my way home so I stopped here. I had no problem with replacing the broken one. She wanted blue and all they had was teal. But I liked the teal better anyway!”
“Ross is overall good news... good clothes at a good price, you just can't beat that!. I guess the only downside is the always chaotic appearance of the stores, but that won't stop me at any time soon from going there.This particular store in Menifee is my favorite as despite the huge customer traffic the store manages to keep somewhat organized and always has enough clerks to help. Kudos to the management and the employees working there!”

“Purchased my first prom dress today from here, and while it was a little hectic the lady who helped me was absolutely amazing! She was so patient despite being the only worker, and helped me get a dress that I loved. Thank you to the owners daughter for being so kind and making all those phone calls ? Most of these prom dresses do happen to be order in, so if you're in a time crunch I don't reccomend it, but other than that they're perfect!”
