“Just bought my husband some clothes and thanks to Christa we save 40% off because she told us about the online coupon. She even helped us figure out how to get the coupon. Thanks Christa! I hope I spelled that right.”
“Always top quality on clothing and boots. I purchased Baby clothing for my granddaughter who is turning one. Now let’s discuss customer service not one Salesman helped or asked if there was anything I needed. As I went to the cash register, there were three associates talking one stepped away and the other two continued so I had to ask if I could pay, the one in front of the register look like it bothered her to help me and when she asked if anyone helped me, I said no. This could’ve been a five star review but customer service was definitely a fail”
“Thank you so much to Joslynn for the wonderful experience ! She was very kind and attentive ! Shout out also, to the girl who helped us with the dressing room ! Both ladies were great and I will be back with my mom! Thank you again , your kindness makes the difference ! xx”
“Ross is overall good news... good clothes at a good price, you just can't beat that!. I guess the only downside is the always chaotic appearance of the stores, but that won't stop me at any time soon from going there. This particular store in Menifee is my favorite as despite the huge customer traffic the store manages to keep somewhat organized and always has enough clerks to help. Kudos to the management and the employees working there!”

“Easily accessible from the 215 FWY and located in the 'Countryside Marketplace' shopping center by Ulta, with plenty of parking.
The store maintains a clean, well-organized, and fully-stocked appearance. It's a hot spot for teen shoppers, with a selection of men's, women's, and kid's casual wear, along with accessories and skateboards. However, the store's inventory of average sizes can be inconsistent, and customer service may be lacking, as staff may not be readily available to assist shoppers.”
“Visited the Burlington store on Menifee and I just want to say that Adam was super friendly and man was he fast. He also answered all the questions I had. This just really made my shopping experience fabulous”
