“Always top quality on clothing and boots. I purchased Baby clothing for my granddaughter who is turning one. Now let’s discuss customer service not one Salesman helped or asked if there was anything I needed. As I went to the cash register, there were three associates talking one stepped away and the other two continued so I had to ask if I could pay, the one in front of the register look like it bothered her to help me and when she asked if anyone helped me, I said no. This could’ve been a five star review but customer service was definitely a fail”

I had to do an exchange because I originally chose the wrong size (my mistake), but Tiffany made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She even took the time to properly fit me for the right bra size, and I left feeling so much more confident and comfortable with my purchase.

I guess the only downside is the always chaotic appearance of the stores, but that won't stop me at any time soon from going there.This particular store in Menifee is my favorite as despite the huge customer traffic the store manages to keep somewhat organized and always has enough clerks to help. Kudos to the management and the employees working there!”

The store maintains a clean, well-organized, and fully-stocked appearance. It's a hot spot for teen shoppers, with a selection of men's, women's, and kid's casual wear, along with accessories and skateboards. However, the store's inventory of average sizes can be inconsistent, and customer service may be lacking, as staff may not be readily available to assist shoppers.”
