“I am blown away at how honest and helpful Dominic is at Jay's. I've always gone to only the dealership for my Infiniti but when I found out I needed a new catalytic converter and it was going to cost $3000, I decided to look outside the dealership to get some quotes. Based on the reviews, I called Jay's. Dominic was incredibly helpful and although I asked for a quote for the work, he suggested that we try cleaning this catalytic converter with a product called CataClean that I could try on my own and may prevent the need for the costly repairs. My car gas 173,700 miles on it and I needed to get a smog check to renew my registration at the end of the month. I need to get this taken care of quickly. Dominic told me what to do on my own and checked to make sure the cleaner worked. I purchased the product on my own (per his guidance) and his instructions were clear and it allowed me to pass the smog inspection. I am elated!! And Dominic did not charge me a penny. He gave the advice for free to avoid the repairs. I was ready to spend thousands if needed because I thought I had to. Dominic could made money on me - but instead, told me how to avoid it. I feel like I was treated like a sister or a friend. I am blown away by this experience. I now know who I will go to for any car maintenance and repairs - these guys have integrity and great values. Jeff came out and did a great job of cleaning up the gasket area and replacing them with a higher quality material than what was in the factory design. He also replaced the weather shield around the window which was crumbled and some was missing. Great job at a very reasonable cost. HIGHLY recommend calling Coast for any auto glass issue you may have.”

“Wow!!! We were desperate. We had a flat tire on the highway. No tow trucks available for hours. I had to meet my mentally handicapped relative at the airport in a few hours. I called three tire shops. One didn't have the tire we need. The other said they'd get to us when they could. Sergio at Holley's said "we have the tires, come by and we'll get you taken care of." We drove at 6 mph making sure there was rubber between the rim and the pavement. When we got there, even though they were busy, they took care of us. And they were so nice. If I lived in the area, I would be a Holley's customer for life because their service is A+. Thank you. Because of Holley's, I made it to meet my relative in time.”
