Michael was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, personable, and best of all, there was absolutely no pressure. My son was buying the car for me as a special birthday gift after my move to California, and Michael and Louay worked hard to make sure I got the car and features I wanted.
One of my favorite parts was discovering that Michael surfs. I mentioned that learning to surf is on my new California bucket list, which inspired me to add a roof rack to my negotiation wish list😊. Louay made it happen, and I’m happy to report that my new Niro now has a brand-new roof rack, ready for the surfboard that WILL one day be riding up there!

“After the BMW in Irvine offered to replace our front shocks for 4 1/2 thousand dollars we went looking for a more reasonable price. Turns out we needed front and rear shocks and some work on the connecting bars in the suspension in order to address the issue, a knocking sound which we took it into the BMW place for repair. We got all the work done for the same price BMW wanted it for just the front shocks, Which wouldn’t have ended up, solving our knocking noise problem anyway.
It last a good place to take our BMW too that won’t rip us off and that will solve the problem. Thank you.”

“Caliber Collision San Clemente is one of the few businesses I have come across recently that really operates like a caring local business. I accidentally backed into a post and had minor damage to my rear bumper, the reflector was popped out as well as part of my rear passenger side bumper, and color from the post had transfered onto the car. Daniel and Ruben were SO helpful, kind and responsive to help me out. They secured the bumper and reflector and polished out the color damage. All in about 15-20 minutes. I cannot recommend this shop and these guys enough. Thank you!!!!”

A1 Auto ordered the parts on Monday, had the job done before closing on Wednesday and charged me $700.

Diagnosed the issue immediately, (I put too much oil in), took care of it and did not charge me a thing. Their technician checked all fluids, made sure the car was in working order and I left feeling confident all was taken care of.
