He showed me how to use all the features like the Apple Carplay and even paid for my travel from the airport. “A friend referred me to DA Import Specialists. Jack is an Army vet and a 2nd generation mechanic who specializes in European vehicles, especially Mercedes Benz and BMW. He has the experience, knowledge and love of these cars that’s needed if you own a classic vehicle, or any Imported vehicle for that matter.I just acquired a MB 560sl which needed a 60,000 mile service as well as a safety inspection and repair of a heater valve - discontinued by MB. Jack gave me an estimate. He started his work and advised me on other items he discovered that needed repair. Jack had me come to his shop to visually inspect the issues and put the additional repairs in writing. Jack put in a huge effort diagnosing the problems, especially that tricky heater valve, which he resolved to perfection. My friend was right, Jack is an honest, experienced mechanic that knows these vehicles. He treats customers with respect, is fair and is careful with your car. Well done, Jack.”

“My Grandson just had the best experience at Bill Jensen Auto Repair. He had to have his truck towed there. After Bill inspected it and found that it needed some major work, my Grandson needed some time to decide what to do. Bill let him leave the truck there until Monday morning while he made a decision. He decided to have it towed home and will be looking for a newer car to take its place. Bill only charged him a very minimal amount. I can't say enough about the customer service and the honesty of this company! If you need a mechanic that you can trust call Bill!”

“I had some dents, scrapes as well as some clear coat damage repaired on my Lexus last week & they did a fantastic job. Can't even tell now that it was previously damaged. Friendly staff as well. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off with no charge. My car was ready a few days earlier than expected. Dropped it off on a Monday & it was ready that following Friday which they originally said it would be ready the following week. My parents had a few of their vehicles repaired here which is how I found out about this place. This was my first visit here & will for sure return again in the future. Update March 2, 2024: Unfortunately another car hit my rear bumper last week while parked in a parking lot which left several bulges from the other cars license plate frame that hit it. I took my car back to Precision for the repair, but fortunately the repair was quick & simple as it was ready in just two days & they once again did an excellent job. They completely removed the bulges as well as resprayed the entire bumper which had several other imperfections in multiple areas, none that were very noticeable unless you looked very closely & never really bothered me as they were already there when I first bought the car four years ago, but nice to have those removed as well. The new paint on the bumper looks great & matches the rest of the car perfectly. They also gave my car a full detail both inside & out! Once again I'll for sure return here again for future repairs, but hopefully not too soon!”

“I had two cars fixed here and the service was above and beyond on both. One was formerly an elderly person's car that had pretty extensive mystery damage, and Alex was great at working with the insurance company to figure out claims and coverage. What wasn't covered we paid cash to fix and felt it was a fair deal. Overall a very pleasant experience with something that is generally a huge hassle. I recommend this place to family and friends. “As always AAMCO has been amazing. These people are for repeat customers. We have had 2 things now that thought would be so expensive to fix and once was a no charge since it was tightening a part and the other time was so cheap and the car runs amazingly. They do NOT up charge and try to sell you things you do not need. If anything I wonder how they make money because they help so much with no charge! We will forever come here and recommend all people to them!!!!”
