He patiently showed me how to navigate to my unit, the one I had reserved online was too small once I looked at it and he quickly helped me rebook a larger one and just charged the difference. When my phone wasn’t working he wrote down my access code for me to get in and out. Truly amazing service and made what would have been a stressful morning into a really easy one. “5 Stars+, for sure! I was in a bind on a Saturday, needing to quickly empty out 2 wine refrigerators (12 cases of wine) to prep for flooring installation in my house on Monday (scheduling mishap). I called Wine Storage Mission Viejo and, although closed, Javiera returned my call, and connected me with the owner, Derek. Derek coordinated his team and they were at my house that same day with wine boxes, labels, and tape. It only took them 20 minutes and they were off to Wine Storage of Mission Viejo to safely store my wine. This all happened on their day off, and because of their caring, and "can do" attitude. Thank you so much, Team Wine Storage Mission Viejo!”
“We moved from Oceanside CA to Ridgefield WA. We had a large house full of furniture. It was a HUGE move. John was wonderful, he organized and arranged the entire move. All furniture was coded and wrapped carefully, loaded and then unloaded with great care. Greg was also fabulous helping with this move. Lee a worker in WA also did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend Wheaton movers and especially JOHN and Greg for a quality efficient move. Thank You!!!”

“Been storing our RV there for 3+years. Good safe facility. Has a dump and portable water. Wish it was open on holidays. Some sites have better gravel than others unpaved so it gets dusty especially when folks don't drive slow. Pricing is good but they keep raising it every year hence -1 star really I'd give it 4.5★. if you live in the area I'd grab a spot if you can. Nice to have a reasonable priced RV storage in South OC.”
