“Kamila, the manager, is incredibly helpful and patient! She went above and beyond to provide the best customer service ever! The facility is new, clean, air-conditioned and brightly lit. This is the best place to store your memorabilia... I highly recommend it!!”
“Gina is a fabulous manager of this storage facility.
She was very helpful over the phone by answering all of my questions. I haven’t used a storage unit in almost 20 years, so I was a little nervous. PS
If you forget your padlock or other things that go along with moving, they sell them at the front desk. I moved some of my items in today and her son Michael was extremely helpful.”

“I love this facility, especially the manager, Jeanette! She was so helpful, professional and polite. Just the person I would hire if I had a business. She was not yet on duty this morning, but saw us and helped us change to a larger unit. She went above and beyond. The storage units are very clean and the ceiling is high to maximize the space. What a great find!!”
“Very friendly front desk and the setup process was super smooth. They even walked me through the initial paperwork over the phone to save time when I was at the site!”
“I appreciate the easy system to get access to my storage unit. I merely press a button on my Public Storage APP and the gate opens. I'm able to take care of my business in short time and remain the car as I again press the Public Storage APP button to leave.”
“I rented a unit for 2 years. The facility is nice and clean and the managers, Barbara and Jim were always very helpful. Also, the price was very affordable. I would recommend this facility.”

“Best public storage experience ever. Miguel was the kindest and most helpful employee I’ve come across at these locations. He patiently showed me how to navigate to my unit, the one I had reserved online was too small once I looked at it and he quickly helped me rebook a larger one and just charged the difference. When my phone wasn’t working he wrote down my access code for me to get in and out. Truly amazing service and made what would have been a stressful morning into a really easy one. Thank you so much Miguel!!”

“What an awesome experience with Oreo on the phone the day I signed my online rental agreement! She answered my questions, was patient, kind and knowledgeable! The next day at the viewing of the property Cindy was also awesome and knowledgeable. On move in day, Law, was very helpful in ensuring we had a cart and knew about the locks! “We moved from Oceanside CA to Ridgefield WA. We had a large house full of furniture. It was a HUGE move. John was wonderful, he organized and arranged the entire move. All furniture was coded and wrapped carefully, loaded and then unloaded with great care. Greg was also fabulous helping with this move. Lee a worker in WA also did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend Wheaton movers and especially JOHN and Greg for a quality efficient move. Thank You!!!”

“I recently rented a unit from AMS and it was one of the most pleasant business experiences that I've ever had. Samantha Brittain - the resident manager - was personable, knowledgeable, and fast. Very professional. The business is in a great location and the building is in good condition and very clean. I love this place.”
“5 Stars+, for sure! I was in a bind on a Saturday, needing to quickly empty out 2 wine refrigerators (12 cases of wine) to prep for flooring installation in my house on Monday (scheduling mishap). I called Wine Storage Mission Viejo and, although closed, Javiera returned my call, and connected me with the owner, Derek. Derek coordinated his team and they were at my house that same day with wine boxes, labels, and tape. It only took them 20 minutes and they were off to Wine Storage of Mission Viejo to safely store my wine. This all happened on their day off, and because of their caring, and "can do" attitude. Thank you so much, Team Wine Storage Mission Viejo!”
“Renting a unit here was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, informative, and patient with all of my questions. Being able to view the actual unit before signing the paperwork gave me total peace of mind. Highly recommend!”
“This is the best Uhaul location and experience I have ever had! Not only the best Uhail, but the best storage experience over all businesses. The staff were friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. They explained everything I needed to know clearly and with a demonstration of using the keypad. I love the new card access system and the free lock! Easy, easy, easy! I will recommend this location to everyone I meet. They deserve recognition!”

“I reached out inquiring about air conditioned units and availability. Same day response from Connie the Manager. Met her the next day and she dialed me in on the perfect unit to fit my needs. Trust her when visiting and she can help align the locker with the personality and needs if you come with an open mind. Great value, true professional manager and my experience moving in was great and continues throughout my visits so far. Easy access to elevator, onsite rolling carts to help move, great security and all the fellow customers I have met been super cool and kind.”

“This storage facility is the Best! My husband had a storage here 10 plus years ago for his business. Since his passing I found myself in need of a storage and remembered this location. I went in on a Sunday to find they have updated with the times, have a kiosk, had a zoom interaction with a kind lady that helped me get the best deal. Suzanne on site was so helpful to direct me to my unit. To my surprise I had rented a container, when I went back during the week the wonderful gentleman at the desk was so helpful to help me when I explained my dilemma trying to explain holding back tears. He said he would help, made a phone call, took care of me! This is why this local business is still around. Even though they have updated, you still get that local business old school customer service! Highly recommend!”
