Issac was great—solved my issue quickly. I am just furious that ATT customer phone support sucks! I spent hours trying to get help over phone and iPad and nothing worked! Spend some marketing money on hiring a live person on phone! I was just about to change carriers!

When I got home I was surprised by an email about the extra charges for insurance and updated phones, however. When I returned to the store Oscar was very helpful transparent about everything.
