I’d click “NO” Star if I could, all I can say is avoid this Store, apparently up sales is there Modo, I cam in to switch Phone Numbers and was immediately pushed on buying a $12.00 AARP Membership, otherwise they charge $35.00. Like what, I came in to get my lines switched that are currently with AT&T, well I ended up going home for the second time from this store, picked up the phone and called the 888 Number, got immediate help from the “Porting” department, oh and by the way it’s free! No up-Sales from an Arrogant Salesman. If you look in the Mall and see so many vacant stores you can only wonder why! The service is atrocious in the store, I will never ever go in there again and I’ve been a 25+ year AT&T customer. Bulldoze that Mall and make a Skate park for us Seniors or is that Hospital bed Racetrack whatever. That Mall Sucks, 40 year resident of Live Oak

We had had problems with agents over the phone, so we decided to go into the store. We spoke with the manager Mario, who was kind and understanding. He corrected all the errors and made things much better!

My visit was the perfect experience. Lamar greeted me immediately upon my arrival. He remembered me from my previous visit over 2 weeks ago. He got me set up with my new plan and phone. He is extremely knowledgeable of the plans and product. He clearly laid out my costs and what to expect moving forward on my plan. He was friendly, efficient, and supportive. Great job!!!

Lamar is awesom at the capitola mall location. Set us up wit the best deal for an iPhone 14pro for my son for Christmas and set up the new phone and transferred all his data to the new phone. Seemless process and Lamar was courteous, friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He even told us to go get lunch while we wait ans he called me directly once the phone was done updating. Very impressed with his customer service skills. He was a pleasure to work with and we’ll recommend him personally for friends that need to go in for anything.

I came in with lots of questions and a complicated situation with my account. After removing myself from my parents account and creating my own account, I was having trouble logging in and setting up my proper email address. The associate who helped me both yesterday and today, ( I unfortunately did not get his name) was so patient with me and really took the time to try to solve the problem. He even reached out to other employees for further assistance. After spending the better part of an hour with him, we finally figured out a solution. He was very kind and never became frustrated. I would definitely recommend him to a friend. I really appreciate all his help. P.S. give him a raise! :)

AT&T store Capitola in the mall staff is awesome everyone did an awesome job but actually came somewhere and they actually helped me and was unconfusing

I walked in hoping to resolve some issues on my bill. The 2 employees that were there were scattered and just chatting it up with 2 other customers the entire time I was in the store. No one approached. No one did any sales work. And after waiting for 20 minutes the employees were still chatting it up in the corner. Extremely unprofessional and I had to go to a different location which costed me time and money.
