I love dealing with the people at my branch (41St). I left Bank of America because they were charging me $360 a year to have my checking and savings there, that is just too much. I've been banking with them for years. I've never met a more reputable or helpful group of people in any other banking experience. I highly recommend this branch.

Don't believe all the negative reviews. This branch and their employees are helpful and friendly. Never have had any problems with this branch. The wait times are a lot less then some of the other branches. The tellers have always been able to meet my needs. Plus my dog loves their cookies.
