Not only did they go above and beyond to gain her as a client, they also helped with the transition in contacting the correct personnel at the other carrier, who she was leaving due to bad service, to help get the codes she needed for transfer. Many companies these days aren't taking those extra steps, yet Metro employees did today. Great job! I know it can be challenging to work with some clients who may not be so tec savvy but they did it with grace and patience. I know my mother, as a senior felt supported and like I steered her into a better plan.”
