“I want to make clear that Juan, Angel and Greg were very helpful in setting up my BiPAP machine and the computer website that collects the daily data that I generate using the machine. I did ask to have both my old data from a prior BiPAP machine and the new data from a new Air Curve 11 downloaded to my computer. It was a little complicated but they were very helpful and I was pleased with the effort they made on my behalf. I want to emphasize that I did not make a formal complaint about their support. I do have access now to both my old and new data at this point and believe that all three were helpful to me in setting up my BiPAP machine and the monitoring software on my computer. I was quite pleased with the effort they made to satisfy my needs and did not make a formal complaint. Leonard Ferrari”

“I happened to have a great time during my setup process. Being new to CPAP, Aline was very professional and straight forward. Aline explained everything I need to know about my CPAP. - From showing how all the parts connect, to cleaning, to how often my
supplies should be replaced. I was grateful that she took the time with the mask fitting. I would have had a hard time adjusting the mask if I had to do it on my own at home. Paperwork was simple and easy process. I was in and out in less than an hour. Again, very professional! I had an overall good experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.”

“I have to say that I have had some mixed experiences here having my prescription transferred from my mom and pop pharmacy in my old town to here… several times my old pharmacy had said they transferred and faxed them my prescription and one worker at the pharmacy counter who really seemed like she could not care less (not the pharmacist) just kept saying that they never got the transfer.. she didn’t seem like she really ever looked..after three days back and forth on phone calls to my old pharmacy, and they’re great efforts to make sure that went through to Horsnyders, I finally asked for the actual pharmacist to see why they said they didn’t receive the transfer… turns out it must have been sitting in a pile? In any case, this pharmacist found it after three days of my calling back and forth and my old pharmacy actually calling to confirm the transfer days before… at this point I have sympathy for the pharmacist at Horsnyders… I could tell she was wanting to take care of me and ultimately did. Now, the fun part..I go to pick up my prescription and met the two young women at the pharmacy counter…. Completely indifferent, monotone blank stares at you… not a bit helpful at all and two over worked pharmacists in the back…Curious as to what these two young women are there for but to make a customer feel awkward, unwelcome and probably not serving any other purpose.Having had this experience, I now ask for the pharmacist directly who, this last month had all my transfers filled in a timely manner.….now the only down side is having to deal with those two stone cold faced young women at the pharmacy desk.I would have it delivered if I knew I wasn’t taking up that option for a wheelchair bound patient. In any case… I don’t ever want to have to go to CVS or Walgreens unless I really have to.I like to support small and local businesses. I feel every community should care about that.”
