“I had a 10x 20 drive to the door unit at Extra Space Storage on 38th Ave in Capitola for about a year. The unit was clean, had a ceiling light, the facility was very well lit, and gate access was available until 10 pm! A huge plus! My husband passed away suddenly last year. We had to clean out his machine shop. I needed a storage space asap. Extra Space was in the neighborhood. I pre- paid 4 months in advance and got a great deal. As I sorted my husband's things out, I downsized to the point of no longer needing that much space. So I was able to move out. Arden & Michael were extremely personable, courteous, and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage on 38th Ave!”

“I have been with this storage for a while now overall, I think Kayla and now Kristina are probably the best storage managers that have loved working with. When Karen was there the only problem was her carrying dog around and having it in the office. But now the new storage manager Kristina, is amazing very friendly looks so well presentable and listens to you of your storage needs. I asked to downsize and without any hesitation, she took myname and phone number. she let me know there was a unit becoming vacant and I was please how she handle my transferred paperwork and ready for me to sign. Kristina is very pleasant and great customer service. I very pleased she came on board. Kristina thank you so very much,? office smells and looks great.”

“If yur not too picky and need a month 2 month storage unit, this is the place to come and get just that. 8x6x14 cost about 50 a month. That includes late fees cuz i was always late. But never had any issues here. Staff was always great.”
“I've had two storage units here. Both had been recently renovated. They're very neat. The best feature is that the roll-up door is right on the alley. So, no steps or curbs to get in the way. Oh, and they have a lottery system - giving away portions of a month's rent to a number of winners.”

“Wow, this place is a hidden gem. Right in Capitola by Nob Hill, it is the cleanest and nicest storage facility I've ever seen. Everything is very organized and secure, and they have handcarts and up-close parking right by the elevator (I had an upper unit, and found it was just as easy to get to as the downstairs ones). The owner even stayed over a couple of minutes to sign me up for a unit when I arrived in town much later than expected (there's always an accident on highway 17 when you have an appointment, right?). I loved the local history pictures on all the walls, too. And the rock-n-roll piped in kept it from feeling spooky after hours, like most storage places tend to. If you can snag a unit here, go for it.”
