Joanna went above and beyond to help me transfer my 3 lines from TMobile to Verizon. T-Mobile made her jump through all kinds of hoops. Joanna was kind and patient. She tried many things to make it work. I am so happy to be a Verizon customer thanks to Joanna.

Super rude employees and not helpful at all! I have been a customer with Verizon for 23 years.The employees that are working at this store are definitely not trained in customer service.

Went to have my cell phone number transferred from an old account to a new one. They said they could not help me handed me a sheet of paper that had a phone number on it specified by the worker there. The phone number led me to add after add after add trying to sell me health insurance or whatever. Then if you didn't answer the questions after listening to all the ads correctly that were misleading in the first place it just hung up on you. Case in point they're not interested in helping you unless they're selling you something. You would think a corporate store would be held accountable to help people along and making Verizon to the Verizon changes 😡

Be prepared to spend half a day! It seems they don't know how to do anything, even connect a phone to the Internet. And they didn't take my money and I didn't get my connection the next day when I came they told me that they can't return the money you have to wait 14 days, the service here is of course bad and it's true that they speak badly of their clients right in front of other clients in the hall!

If you need to come here be prepared to spend at least an hour of your time even for basic tasks. I went here three times to trade in one phone and each time there was a different problem they didn’t know how to solve and we had to call customer support. Staff don’t seem to know how to do anything, and they talk badly about customers on the floor in front of others. You might have better luck going to the downtown location.

Staff made me super uncomfortable and was incredibly pushy. I wanted a less expensive phone and the guy helping was literally not letting me get it and was pushing for me to get a more expensive phone I didn’t even want. I eventually walked out without a phone. Worst experience at a Verizon store. I then went to the one up the street with is a Victra Verizon store and that place was amazing. Go there!

Took less than 30 minutes and I was out. My favorite, Cat, was there and shared my background that she knew with woman who helped me. Smooth, friendly, helpful. Thanks folks!

Staff was helping 2 customers at once. 45.00 purchase. They could not break 100.00 bill. I had to get change from my car. Then he was bent when I asked for the coin change that was due to me.order from online this store needs to close.
