With dog of the month and a dog park!Not to forget the seasonal parties by the pool whether egg hunting, halloween, christmas .... food trucks...blood drive trucks... there is always something going on here !There is also safety.... lights on the streets have been added, security and cameras available....And price wise... well u get the above at a very reasonable price ...and they are very understanding with residents.This is the perfect little place in carlsbad to call home and build memories!”

“The Arbors on Jefferson is an amazing apartment complex. The charming architecture, walkability, and management team really make this place a dream come true. The apartments are comfortable with nice finishes and in-unit laundry, offering a variety of apartment styles with single, two, and three bedrooms. Not only that, but the property is beautiful and well cared for.

There's monthly newsletters detailing fun seasonal events happening around Carlsbad and North County, crosswords, word searches and recipes, which is so sweet. The management team is always responsive and very helpful! There's a lot of intentionality with regular property maintenance, seasonal events like Halloween and Christmas door-decorating contests, and even a 2-day Spring Cleaning event with a drop-off area for any oversized, e-waste, and general donation items to be picked up.

It's conveniently located near State Street, Maxton Brown Park, and the freeway. Deliveries can sometimes be tricky for DoorDash or FedEx, but I usually just detail directions if I'm expecting something. The property has a communal BBQ grill (which I haven't used before), separate weight and cardio rooms, and an office that's helpful for printing. Overall, I highly recommend this complex for anyone seeking a comfortable and friendly community!”

“I cannot say enough good things about RPM, from start to finish, from viewing their listing online, setting up an appointment to meet someone for a showing, to moving in. They are incredibly professional, punctual, and kind. I was looking for an apartment for my widowed mom, close to my house, and every staff member at RPM was a true pleasure to work with. They were very accommodating to me and my mom’s schedule. The interface for uploading documents for their application was easy. They were prompt in helping me when I had questions. When my mom got approved, I was impressed with all of the “before” photos they took of the apartment, which of course, helps protect the owner and the tenant. RPM was quick to answer and help with my mom’s move-in and setup questions, and helped facilitate speedy repairs when my mom tore a screen and broke a blind. I had to go to their office at one point to pick up an extra key and everyone in the office was incredibly friendly and helpful.
I feel like RPM truly has both the owner and tenants’ best interest in mind and work very hard at keeping both parties happy and feeling secure.”
