“West gas station off Cannon Rd. Exit has always been our favorite place to fill up. We loved the old West Steakhouse, and the Bistro and even had friends stay at the hotel. We live nearby and have shopped around for the best prices. Their gas prices are always the lowest along the freeway in south Carlsbad and Encinitas. But I'm leaving this review today for the excellent service we received from a gentleman named Luis. He was basically camped out at the propane station. Customer after customer and I felt bad pulling up with my 6 tanks! He smiled and took great care of me like it was no big deal. Hard work on the ground moving, lifting and filling these tanks. When I was done, he finally got to get up off the ground and walk back to the store. But just then an RV pulls up. He smiled and laughed and went back to help that guy as well. I hope he didn't spend the rest of the day there. Haha! Small things but his attitude and customer service is commendable. I'm surprised that this place only has 3 stars. I've had great service from the ladies inside as well. Always friendly. Usually people leave reviews only when they are upset. People who have good or great experiences just come back again and again. Cheers.”

I made an appointment to complete a Medallion Signature Guarantee, and was contacted by Julie the morning of my appointment letting me know she was unable to complete the process. Julie then called around to her colleagues and found a chase personal banker that was working that day and able to complete the process for me. Fantastic customer service!”
