“I meant to send this review last month, but honestly, every time I visit my home branch I’m welcomed with the same amazing energy. Gordon Helper and Shannon Brittain went above and beyond to help my dad and me with our situation. Even though I’ve since moved away from Carlsbad to Hemet, I still choose to make the drive back to this Mission Bank because of the atmosphere, kindness, and excellent customer service. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do!”

“This bank of America has a drive through ATM for customers. The is wheelchair accessible parking located directly in front of the building, as well as ramps up to the sidewalk. The parking lot is fairly large, but it can get really busy during the day and you might have to park a little further away. The Bank of America is located at 2704 Loker Ave W. Carlsbad CA 92010. There are also a Staples and several small food spots nearby, making this an ideal location to stop by when you are running office errands or on lunch.”

“Had an excellent experience with Julie Murray at this location. I made an appointment to complete a Medallion Signature Guarantee, and was contacted by Julie the morning of my appointment letting me know she was unable to complete the process. Julie then called around to her colleagues and found a chase personal banker that was working that day and able to complete the process for me. Fantastic customer service!”

She’s been my go-to relationship banker and has always taken the time to actually understand my situation instead of pushing generic options. Every time I’ve worked with her, she’s come back with smart, well-thought-out solutions that genuinely made sense for me.
Most recently, I reached out to her to explore Comerica’s credit card options. She patiently walked me through everything, helped me choose the right card, and then went above and beyond by advocating for me directly with headquarters. Because of her effort, I received a credit line that was far higher than I ever expected. There’s no way I would’ve gotten that without her.
