“I'm honestly shocked to see such bad reviews of the Carlsbad CBT. I've banked with them since day one and have never had any of these issues whatsoever. People complain about high overdraft fees? Here's an idea, be responsible and don't overdraft, all banks charge fees for having to cover your mistakes! This is a bank that will know you by name and not have to repeatedly ask for your ID every time you go in. Your not just a number you become an acquaintance with them(they even know my two dogs by name) On 3 different occasions when some fraudulent activity went on with my account they immediately shut it down and alerted me to it. Couldn't be happier with this bank!”

A gentleman by the name Oleg Tolstynyuk REALLY went above and beyond to help me out (everyone was helpful and efficient in fact). The irony is that I came in to close my accounts, and still felt like he was giving me VIP service. (I closed my accounts because of external factors - I still feel that Bank of America has excellent customer support!). I was in a long line - that was moving quickly mind you - and Oleg was able to have everything taken care of for me before I even got to the front of the line!
