Cashiers work at the worst with star ratings hereToo unfriendly This branch is not too friendly My banking business could not be handled here, so it was handled kindly and quickly at another branch. What are the cashiers who work here doing?

Don’t get a safety box here. Their business hours don't make any sense, Saturday and Sunday are closed. 10am-4pm during the week. You don’t have access to your box like the other banks. Wasting of money.

I am trying to call the branch location to speak with someone about a mortgage. They will not answer the phone and just keep referring you back to the website. I just want to speak with a human about refinancing or purchasing a new home. I guess I will not be doing that with Bank of America.
