During a two week vacation in Carlsbad we had a VW SUV on hire from LAX. It developed a fault and customer service asked us to swap it at our nearest Budget rental, Palomar McKellan Airport. One of the tires on my rental was losing air. I refilled it & it lost air again. Jonathon at the Carlsbad location was able to help my family out by giving us an exchange--very helpful attitude!

You will have to walk a lot between the office and where you actually get the car. They have a really bad set up and make you walk nealey half a mile.
