Please fix your Customer Service issues. You will eventually kill your market share burning bridges. I love your products but I'm afraid to order directly from you. The customer service horror stories are frightening and need to be fixed.

There is not much to see, this is not a retail store. Its a corporate office. The staff was friendly and informative.
