“Kudos to Callaway golf warranty department and in particular, Ryan in the Carlsbad California office. I had an issue with a Paradym 3 wood and went to PGA store where I bought it. They didn't inform me that it was possibly covered under the Callaway warranty. Luckily I called Callaway and reached one of the warrant department guys, Ryan. I told him what had happened and he walked me through the process and assured me I would have a new club in my hand shortly. I recieved my new Callaway 3 wood within about 10 days. I had played with another top brand of clubs for 20 years, but about 6 years ago made the switch to all Callaway clubs. Not only is their product line awesome, but now after having such an easy experience with a warranty issue, and having Callaway come through with flying colors so seamlessly, it makes me want to never leave them! Way to go Ryan and Callaway!! I'm on the Callaway team forever!”

The outdoor retailer plans to open a 100,000-square-foot store in College Station, Texas, in 2028. It'll sit along State Highway 6, north of William D. Fitch Parkway, next to a Costco and in front of the future South College Station baseball and softball complex. On Sept. 24, the College Station City Council approved a $10.84 million sale of 28 acres in a unanimous vote. Bass Pro gets about 14 acres for its store. Dallas-based Corinth Properties will build a mixed-use project with restaurants and an event plaza on the other 14.
