One of the worst customer service companies I have ever had to try to work with. They will tell you one thing and do another. Their processing is ridiculous and when you can get someone on the phone to discuss an issue with, if feels like they just tell you want you want to hear. Advised to go elsewhere.

Customer service is horrendous. You wait and wait and wait to reach a live person, which never happens. I submitted an order cancelation BEFORE the item shipped and they still deliver the item. Don’t buy from them. Their products might be fine, but their service is horrible. Buy from Amazon instead.

I have never seen a company with the incredible level of customer service as Callaway.
I had some inconveniences with my driver breaking and their customer service dealt with the problem no questions asked . I truly respect a company that stands by their product 100%. it is very rare these days. awesome company!!!

I recently used a promo code offered by Callaway Golf for a purchase. Despite the code being valid and meeting all the stated conditions, the system did not apply the discount. I contacted customer support for assistance. Unfortunately, my issue was not resolved, and I did not receive the promised discount.
This experience has been disappointing, as I had hoped for a smoother resolution. I urge Callaway Golf to improve their customer service and honor their promotional offers to maintain customer trust and satisfaction. While the product itself might be good, the lack of support in resolving this issue leaves much to be desired. I hope to see better service in the future.

Worst experience ever with placing a custom order. I placed a custom order for 56 & 60 wedges. The 56 arrived perfect but the 60 was missing color. Spoke to the customer service rep he said for me to paint it myself!!! I paid for custom paint why would I paint myself??? After discussing he put in order for replacement. Just received the replacement 5 weeks later and it is also wrong!!! Did not expect this level of service from such a trusted brand!!!

I returned a club to their preowned site back on Feb 28th. I have yet to see the money get back into my account. I have called the 800 number three times with no results. I got one email that said my refund was approved and would be back in my account in two business days. Guess what it never happened. I sent the following to Callaway via email with no response. I will update this review if things change but as of now I am no longer a Callaway customer.
Its been over 48 hours and still I have nothing. I am so absolutely furious with your company that I am seriously considering filing a complaint with the BBB. I should not have to wait THREE WEEKS after returning your product to get my money back. The lame excuses I am given when I call about not having enough staff is a joke. You company made 3 BILLION dollars last year that should be more than enough to hire the staff required to complete the RMA process quickly. I have spent well over $10000 with your company over the last five or six years and it is shameful to be treated so poorly. I don't know what else to do except to tell everyone I know not to buy your product and tell them the horror story I am having to go through with your company. Repeat business and brand loyalty is big in any industry but especially in golf. As a golf instructor that works with people that are new to the game they often ask me what clubs they should get or where is the best place to go to get a good deal. After the way I have been treated the first words out of my mouth will probably be Titleist, Ping or Taylor Made. This entire process should have been done in a week not 3-4 weeks.

This message is directed at Callaway Golf regarding their subsidiary, WGT (World Golf Tour). I've chosen to discontinue playing the game due to what appears to be an unfair advantage granted to a select few players among the 15 million WGT claims to have. The annual eTour championship, offering a substantial $25-$30k prize, consistently being won by only 2 or 3 players raises legitimate concerns.

Fire?head of golf! Ordering clubs are awful. DISHONEST with dates on website and their office. It shouldn't be this BAD with computers. Never will buy a callaway again.
