Going into the branch has been a good experience, but trying to get a hold of anyone there via phone is IMPOSSIBLE. I have been calling three days straight and no one will answer the phone.

I was helped by the lovely staff at Poinsettia village the other day. The tellers were all very kind and welcoming and as well were the bankers. I was introduced to the Branch manager Jessica and had an overall great experience!
