My experience with this location has been amazing! From the moment that the car I wanted to rent was brought to the auto body shop I was at, making it a seamless experience, to when the manager Lauren helped me when I needed to extend the rental past my insurance coverage, it's been an absolute pleasure working with the team at this location! Thank you Lauren! You went above and beyond for us and you are very appreciated!

Following an auto accident, my experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Carlsbad was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment Lauren picked me up, her infectious energy and commitment to ensuring a smooth process set a positive tone for the day. Despite a hiccup with the reservation, Lauren's proactive approach and offer to assist with the insurance company showed her dedication to customer satisfaction. While initially provided with a basic rental, Lauren's efforts secured me an upgrade to a more comfortable vehicle. A few days into the rental, I encountered issues with the car's dashboard warnings. Brooks, the gentleman who assisted me, was quick to resolve the issue. Not only did he efficiently address the car's problems, but he also went above and beyond to help me transfer my belongings to the replacement vehicle. Overall, my experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Carlsbad was A+. Lauren and Brooks' professionalism, helpfulness, and genuine care made a challenging situation much more manageable. I’ve been renting regularly from this location for about six months now. Six or seven times now. The employees are super kind, I mean, like really really nice and professional. I’ve been in there when a couple crazy and irate customers came in (no fault of the business), and they handled them with way more grace than I ever would have. Everything has been super smooth and easy for me there.

Possibly the most pleasant helpful staff ever. easy in and out. They were totally swamped and took time to explain with each customer and were pleasant - genuine - to everyone.

I got into a car accident and my body shop sent me to Enterprise. First off, not Enterprises fault, when I got there, there was no reserve for me. Body shops mistake. Had to call insurance. Once that was done I got a vehicle. I told them I'd prefer a smaller vehicle, but they said since there was no reservation, it was either this or a bigger car. I took the SUV they gave me. I called a few days later and told them if I can trade in the car for a different one, they said they'd call me when one was available. They never did. So I kept the car for almost 3 weeks, I got use to it. No big deal, the SUV however did not have windshield wiper fluid, so that got kind of annoying. I had to go to the gas station every few days to get it cleaned. Overall not bad.

Family Holidays almost always means a trip to Enterprise. Their prices have always been fair, the process a breeze (yes, holidays are busy folks, plan for that!). Despite the occasional impatient customer thinking only of themselves, the staff is always so patient and accommodating under pressure-Thank you Tyler!

They are nice and over-polite, but they are very inefficient. Four customers waiting, four people behind the counter, and customers are still waiting too much. There is a bottleneck somewhere.I exchanged my car because it had a problem and half a month later they still think I have the car and charge me for it. There is a guy with glasses and dark short hair who seems to be the manager. He was talking with me while typing and also taking a call. He said he will send an email to the drop-off location to tell them I exchanged the car, but he didn’t. Now I am still paying for the initial car. Very poor experience.

Great experience renting at this location. Easy access from the Westin hotel that we were staying at nearby. Wanted to do some exploring outside of Legoland. Getting the car was quick and easy, the staff was very efficient and kind. Granted, this was the weekend after labor day weekend, so not as busy of a time. But I would definitely recommend you try this location.

I dropped off my vehicle next door with Autonation Mazda for some mechanic repair work. Enterprise let me set the pickup appointment online days ahead of this to reserve a vehicle for however long I thought I'd need a rental vehicle for and even without me knowing the diagnosis for my vehicle (I reserved it for 4 days). I got a discount with the rental through the HR portal at my work, and this also made the renting process way easier since it turned me into a 'corporate account' sort of setup which seemed to "authorize" my rental to an extent (less paper work required to rent by myself without the port). Since I'm local to the area, Enterprise let me use my debit card to pay. When I picked the rental up: They offered me larger vehicle to drive for no extra charge. They also took out a deposit (as usual) with the full amount for the rental time per what I reserved. The next day, my own personal vehicle was repaired at Mazda waaaay faster than I thought and was ready for pickup. So, thankfully Enterprise lets everyone drop their rental off early (if applicable) and they automatically reimbursed me for the deposit as well as the days I did not use the rental per my reservation (after about 2 business days). In the end, it costed me less to rent a vehicle with Enterprise than to take an Uber back and forth from my work to my home during the repair on my own vehicle. The rental they gave me drove smoothly and was sufficient to get from A to B. The Enterprise employees were helpful and informative.

I was contacted today by a district manager who patiently listened to my side of the story. She was attentive and extremely professional. They are refunding me the $1,000 damage charge and closing the case.

Customer service is good. There is no overnight parking for customers. I need to take Lyft from home. Moreover, the company do not operate on Sunday. That makes me to pay extra for Sunday rent and being late at work on Monday morning. Will not rent again.

This location is top tier. All the staff is friendly and very helpful with any questions. I am a frequent renter for trips planned and this locations staff is always very efficient and fair with pricing and any incidents that happen. Thank you very much Carlsbad team ! Staff that have taken care of me are Rachel , Annie , Bobby , Jesse from what I remember. All other staff are also great ! Will be continuing to rent from them.
