Super busy , understaffed .. long wait time.
They should have called other emplyees in early instead of having 1-2 helping out and lines out the door .. as we were leaving more emplyees showed up..

Jesse is the best worker there and we always luck out and get him when we show up to rent a car which is about what's every 3 months. He's very professional and knows how to keep the customers happy and gets customers checked in and checked out into the rental cars very quickly. He makes you feel very appreciated as a customer.

Had a great for a great family vacation!
Upon returning the car, had a few issues with the insurance and pricing talk to the manager jesse Jason he straightened it out, made me feel really comfortable and explain and fixed The situation I have really appreciate him for that!
