Friendly staff, had a package come back because FedEx customer service had said it needed to be labeled a certain way, very frustrating to have something show back up when you were told how to ship it by the company. Long story short this is the primary collection location for the FedEx hubs in the East Valley so they are more knowledgeable. Labelled it according to what they told me and it went straight to the client. Still fighting to get funds back from FedEx for the mishap but this office is always very helpful and better to ask them on designation of goods than calling in as they ultimately inspect it. Also very happy with other times I have been in, front service staff is friendly and always says "have a nice day."

Dec 14 I’m home waiting for my package that needed to be signed for but the mail man didn’t knock or ring the doorbell. So he or she just leaves without even leaving the note that say they tried to deliver. But someone how my neighbor gets their package. Must be too lazy to interact and get one signature

My package supposed to be delivered aug 26 but I didn’t get it and I call fedex they said they attempted to deliver at 10:26 but nobody was there wow I was there from 9 am, around 11:45 fedex van come around my location but he never stop around there and drive away and I talk to customer service and she said I can pick up my package on Sunday 10 am to 5 pm and she gave me address and I ask her twice tomorrow is Sunday they open? She said for open on Sunday for pick up 10AM to 5PM,next day Sunday I went to drive Carlsbad 40 min drive but they were close. Always lied fedex

So unreliable. Every time I order something and see that it's being shipped with FedEx, I immediately get anxious. I never know if the package will arrive at my door, or somewhere else. Just today I had to hunt down my package when I got the email notification that it was delivered, only to see that it was not at my door. When I checked the image in the email, I saw that it was delivered to another apartment and I had to use my detective skills to walk around my apartment complex, looking for the unit that matched the one in the photo (thankfully it was still there). It's not hard to see the building numbers on the sides of the building or the apartment letters next to the doors. This was just poor, inefficient, and sub-par work.

Nick and Stephanie went above and beyond to help me out with a very important shipment that was very time sensitive. FedEx, if you want to keep your customers, you need to take care of employees like these two. They are the only reason I may consider using FedEx again.After a horrible experience with larger FedEx company that spanned multiple days (involving a delayed shipment of an expensive cold ship container, rush ordering another one, finally getting the first container and having to cancel the new one, having to go to a FedEx in SC to get a waybill that was supposed to come with the cold shipping package but never did, being told that they don't make waybills anymore but I still need to manually fill one out because it was a bio-type shipment, delaying my priority overnight package that was shipped Thursday and supposed to arrive Friday to Monday, and dealing with at least 10 different customer service people on the phone telling me different things or straight up making up stuff or completely shutting me down), I was having a very rough day calling FedEx customer service to help me with my cold ship package of breastmilk for my baby that only would stay cold for 48 hours since it was delayed past the Friday noon delivery time based on the priority overnight guarantee (to be delivered on Monday). I was unable to get customer service to help deliver the package on Saturday, but I got one semi-helpful rep to help redirect the package to be picked up at this local FedEx on Saturday (or so he said). I went to this FedEx in Carlsbad and it turns out the rep didn't change it in the system for me to pick it up that day and I'd still have to wait for Monday since it was in a large shipping container with many other boxes.Here come Nick and then Stephanie to save the day. Nick was so nice, and I know he wanted to help as much as possible. He was working in the front that day and he explained to me the situation very kindly, but said he would talk to his manager to see what could be done, and that I could check in later. When I came back later, unfortunately I heard that they didn't have enough staff (on Saturday) to go look through a shipping container for my box. I explained my situation, and Nick really listened and understood my concerns (unlike all the other FedEx reps I talked to all day). He went to talk to his co-workers to see if anyone could help and found Stephanie who volunteered to help find my box, and she succeeded!!! I believe some others in the back may have also helped out during this process as well and I'm so grateful for all of them. I don't even know how to express how thankful I am for the staff there to help me with this, and especially Nick and Stephanie who mobilized the team and went out of their way to help a very distressed mom on a Saturday! Thank you so much, Nick and Stephanie! Your help and kindness will not be forgotten!

Unhelpful staff working on Wednesday afternoon; very clear their intention is to not interact with customers and would prefer to just talk amongst themselves. I walked in looking for a box to put items in and was told I couldn't do that at this location...even though there were tons of boxes along the wall. I was cut off when speaking and rushed to the door in the middle of the afternoon. I will never come back to this location.

Impossible to reach, impossible to get a person on the line, computer call center was completely useless when FedEx lost my package mid transit
