The staff were very helpful at this location. They did not turn me away. The other locations gave me a hard time returning a package that was heavy, but this location made it easy. I don’t understand why the other locations didn’t want to take the package; I assumed they just didn’t wanna help me.

This facility is amazing! A wonderful young man helped me navigate how to print my own shopping label for an envelope I will mail at a later date. He spent time with me and was very patient. I will always use this FedEx location!
