“I love Viasat. I had AT&T for phone & internet & techs were out here all the time, to where some stayed for dinner, knew family names of their family. So 27 years of service I canceled & went with Viasat. We live on 20 aces in Corona CA in a canyon so service with my Verizon cell got to where I had to use an extender. Viasat tech Andean was professional & very nice & did great work running the cable etc. I've had them since July 2020 & no complaints except we are canceling the phone landline. When the electricity goes out, so does our land line so no good to have and there was a 10 second delay from when we would talk before person on the other end would start talking. Keeping the internet but stopping phone service. it sucks.”
“OK well this is a follow up to my first review . Ok well they opened promptly at 10:00 am. And there was no wait. So the guy comes over and I tell him I ordered a upgrade to my s10. Or the exchange whatever they call it , only to find out it didn't go thru because of my situation and my brother gave me the phone and it's on his line/account so I'm stuck
without his ok to do all this on his account . Needless to say it didn't get done and I'm still in the same boat. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ dam it. My overall review was as it was and the clerk did most everything he could so I gave them a 4 star”
