2235 Palomar Airport Rd, Carlsbad CA 92011
“They are wonderful here and so helpful. Customer service is top notch. Allie in particular has gone above and beyond to help me navigate getting a unit and answering my many questions. She is so kind, understanding, and helpful. An asset to the company IMO. The facility itself it’s clean inside and out. They have cold waters available for customers, clean restroom facilities , and great security. I highly recommend.”

“From start to finish, this company has been exceptional. They took incredible care of our belongings. We had prepared the return by purchasing felt pads to place under the furniture and then learned that they had already put new pads on everything. They also wiped everything down. We had to change day and time of delivery more than once, and Armando was kind and accommodating. When you have to have Pack Out services because of unfortunate home issues, everything is very stressful. Very grateful that at least this company has made this one issue so much easier and actually pleasant. Special shout out to Armando, Osmar, Gui ,Kevin, Christian, Ivan, Luis and Richard. Thank you!”

“Nice facility and easy-to-use app for gate/door entry. The staff are very helpful too! There wasn’t anyone there when I was ready to move in, but Chris drove over from a nearby location to set up my account. He was so helpful and I was very impressed with the excellent customer service.”

“This is a place for serious wine collectors. I have been using them for my wine collection for over a year now and I must say that they are very nice and convenient. Added bonus is that they hold monthly wine tasting events where we tasted some very unique wines from all over the world. Love it and highly recommend them.”

“I've been using this Uhaul location for about 3 maybe 4 years to cart local florals and decor to wedding clients all over Southern California. Each time I receive a clean van, good customer service and typically close to a full gas tank, which is so nice. Other nearby Uhaul locations often leave you with just 1/2 a tank which is a bummer way to start off a trip! I highly recommend this location and I always try to book far enough out to be able to rent from this location.”

“Came here to get some moving supplies. It’s a small store because it’s primarily a storage location so the selection of boxes is limited. The lady who was working all 3 times I went was very helpful and kind.”
