“Pros: Amazing excellent friendly, effective customer service. Spacious access road/paths, 24/7 customer access to facilities with proximity activated card, surveillance cameras, fair rates.
Cons: Premises delimited with chain link fence. The spots and access ways are gravel. Office with very poor visual characteristics and access road. Access to office to potential customers is with appointment only.”

The onsite manager is amazing. She is professional, polite, and goes above and beyond what I think her duties entail.
I would like to see their open hours to be extended, especially in the summer. But I'm probably to only one. Plus, it keeps the riff raff away.
If you don't need a climate controlled storage, I would recommend this place. Prices are a little less than the average of similar places around there.”

“Super convenient, very friendly staff. Easy to access and clean facility. Just be sure that you check the measurements before moving in. We rented a 5 x 10 space and it only measures 4 x 10. They say it’s “approximate”, But it’s really approximately 4 x 10 not approximately 5 x 10.
I’d say this is misleading. I would urge ownership to change the documentation, so people know exactly what they are getting. Otherwise good.”

He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. The area is really nice and we live close by. The experience was awesome. They need to hire more people like Adrian.
