“Another shop told me I needed wheel bearings for my 2012 Mercedes E350. Called Laels' for an estimate and he told me to bring it in and he would do a diagnostic at no charge. He let me speak to his Mercedes tech, Orlando, who drove it, put it up on the lift and said I needed engine mounts. Long story short, I got the work down there and on the way home my wife was so excited she actually made me pull over so I could drive it. It felt like when it was new! So smooth. Thank-you Orlando and Lael, we're extremely happy with the work done.”

“Around midnight and as I am cruising down the freeway out of the blue a big piece of wood(??) was in the road. It couldn't safely be avoided and one of my tires hit it. My tire pressure warning light didn't turn on, so I kept driving.... but 30-60 seconds and I find myself making an emergency stop on the shoulder to find out that my tire is completely sheared.**Searching Yelp for a towing company with good reviews that was open at midnight and would service the area near Del Mar was not panning out.** Fortunately a CHP officer pulled up and asked me if I wanted him to call a towing company [for which I would be responsible to pay]. Given my unfruitful Yelp search I said that would be appreciated. He contacted RoadOne Towing and said they typically arrive w/in 15 minutes.5-10 minutes later RoadOne r arrived. He told me it would be $154 plus mileage to tow the car. I asked him what would be the price to change the tire with my spare; he said it would be a flat $154 (pun intended :) ). He changed the tire lickety split, charged my credit card, and I was on my way. I forget the name of the driver who changed my tire, but he was very friendly. If you find yourself in need of a tow or tire change, especially late at night in the Del Mar / Encinitas area, I would definitely recommend RoadOne Towing. Thank you also to the CHP officer for calling them for me.P.S. I have no idea if the rates are the same if you call them directly versus if the CHP calls them for you.”

“So we spent about an hour and a half doing our best to get our buddies car out of his garage in Vista, but to no avail, it didn't work. 24 hr towing Oceanside was the only one that answered the phone and said they had multiple trucks out and would swing by to help tow the car out and get it on their truck so we could get it over to our other friends house in Carlsbad to his garage so we could work on the engine.. “I got my car stuck in the middle of the desert down a very steep and sandy hill (I shouldn't have even attempted taking my car on Fonts Point trail, lessons were learned). Willy came out to save me and was so incredibly kind, calming, helpful, and sweet. I was alone and a little panic stricken and he made me feel safe and was very encouraging the entire time. He went above and beyond because this process to get me out took about 2 hours and he had to hike up a steep sandy ravine in 75 degree weather several times. The man is 66 years old and a trooper! He even spoke with the owners to knock the price down for me. I will name my next dog after this gem of a human. Willy thank you again, I am so grateful for you!
