“I got my car stuck in the middle of the desert down a very steep and sandy hill (I shouldn't have even attempted taking my car on Fonts Point trail, lessons were learned). Willy came out to save me and was so incredibly kind, calming, helpful, and sweet. I was alone and a little panic stricken and he made me feel safe and was very encouraging the entire time. He went above and beyond because this process to get me out took about 2 hours and he had to hike up a steep sandy ravine in 75 degree weather several times. The man is 66 years old and a trooper! He even spoke with the owners to knock the price down for me. I will name my next dog after this gem of a human. Willy thank you again, I am so grateful for you!
